Once you've driven a Ferrari, no other car comes close. Experience the phenomenal acceleration, braking and handling of one of Maranello's most breathtaking driving machines - the F355. This beautiful car has 380bhp, a top speed of 170mph, and can do 0-60mph in 4.6 seconds. You'll kick off with a briefing on safety and driving techniques, then your instructor will drive you for three training laps in a Mazda 3 MPS so that you can learn the racing lines and see circuit driving techniques in action. Then you drive for three warm-up laps in a Porsche Cayman before four laps in the Ferrari 355. Once you've got your breath back, you'll go solo for five laps in a Formula Renault single-seater racer (28.8 miles in total). Finish in style with a high-speed passenger ride from a pro driver in a Mazda RX8.

Most Amazing Day!

I had a fab time on my Ferrari day, the staff were amazing and the whole day ran very smoothly being escorted from one car to another. I would recommend this day to anyone. The photos at the end were also brilliant and a real keepsake to show all those at home. From the moment we booked online to the end of the racing we couldn't fault a single thing. It was a truly memorable day out.

Excellent Experience, I Recommend It 100%

I had my experience at Thruxton, all the staff were very helpful. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. The cars were superb. I drove a Porsche Cayman first and then the Ferrari F355 and then a single seater, all of which were totally different to drive. So it was like a triple experience. If anyone reading this is thinking of doing this experience I recommend it 100%.

Participant Guidelines: Maximum height is 6'3''. Maximum weight is 18 stone. You'll have to sign a disclaimer confirming that you hold a full British or international manual driving licence, are in good health and don't have any disabilities that might impair your driving.

Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions like ice, heavy rain or high winds, when driving at speed might become dangerous. Any unused laps will be credited for another visit. Please call the venue if in any doubt.

Duration: Your experience will last for approximately three hours, including briefing, safety guidance, driving time and debrief. There are several different start times (am and pm) on race days, all subject to availability.

Numbers On Day: Your briefing will be shared. All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis except for the demonstration laps.

Spectators: Spectators are welcome. A camera will come in handy. The venue offers good facilities for spectators and drivers. Dogs are not allowed at the circuit.

Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and narrow, flat-soled shoes, as the pedals in these cars can be close together. Wear natural fibres like cotton, rather than synthetics like nylon.

Availability: Selected weekdays from February to November. Dates fill very quickly, so book at least six weeks in advance.

Other Info: Thruxton is one of the fastest circuits in the UK and a popular course in the British Touring Car championships. You'll drive the full 2.4 mile circuit. This Ferrari 355 is a left-hand drive vehicle.
