£49 to £1000, and free First Class UK delivery is included! Alternatively, if you'd rather your recipient

What payment types do you accept?
We accept the following payment types:

Debit or credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards (except Diners).

Cheque or postal order.
Make your cheque or postal order payable to "Red Letter Days Ltd." and send to Red Letter Days Ltd., Freepost, 77 Muswell Hill, London, N10 3RE with the appropriate payment and full contact details.
Please note we cannot reserve dates or dispatch your pack until full payment has been received.

We recommend that you send cheques, postal orders or vouchers by recorded delivery.
What are your delivery details for the gift packs?
Personalised experience gift packs will be sent in plain packaging.
We charge £2.95 p+p for up to three packs to the same UK address.
Packs ordered before 4pm on weekdays will be sent by Royal Mail First Class post the same day.
Alternatively you can use our courier service or collect your gift pack from our Head Office.
If you buy a Click&Go! experience online, booked for a specific date, postage and packing charges do not apply as full gift packs are not sent.
First Class UK delivery for Gift Cards is free of charge.
UK mainland delivery of tangible gifts such as wines, hampers, flowers, chocolates and electronics is included in the price. Expected delivery
times and restrictions may vary and will be indicated in the specific Gift pages of our website. As these products are delivered direct by our
suppliers, collection from our offices and use of our standard courier service is not available.
All gifts and experiences can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. If an experience pack goes astray
in the post, we will provide a duplicate free of charge. Please inform us as soon as possible if you believe this has happened so we can do our
best to deliver the duplicate in time. Note that whilst we will do our utmost to ensure that your gift is received on time, in circumstances beyond
our control such as postal strikes or force majeure we are unable to be held liable for the delay.
Can I specify exactly when the pack is delivered?
Although we can't pre-allocate exact standard first class delivery dates, if you need the gift pack delivered urgently, you can use our next-working-day courier service.

I need a last minute gift but I'm worried it won't be delivered in time!
If you're worried about delivery in time for the occasion, one solution is to also request an instant E-voucher be sent to the email address of your choice, free of charge, just to say the experience is on its way.
Simply order online any time of day or night, tick the E-voucher box and enter the details, or just ask if you're phoning through your order. The E-voucher will show the experience or gift you have bought and includes any personal message.
Your recipient will be able to view the experience details (except price!) by clicking on the link to our website. The full gift pack and experience details will still be sent out to the delivery address specified. If you've ordered a voucher pack, bookings for dates can then be made once your recipient has both their Voucher Ref and Security Code.
Alternatively, you can order voucher packs to collect personally from our North London office during standard opening hours. Call us in advance on 0845 640 8000 to check availability and to place your Collection order.

Is Personal Accident Insurance included?
Yes, for your peace of mind, all UK based experiences include free Personal Accident Insurance applicable for participants aged up to 75 years.

Can I personalise the gift pack with a message?
Yes, we can pre-print a special personalised message inside the gift pack. If you prefer, it can left blank for you to fill in by hand.
Do I have to choose a specific date for the experience when I buy?
No, our gift packs can be left "open-dated", so that your recipient can choose a date to take part in their experience themselves.
If you'd prefer to book the date of the experience when placing your order, e.g. to actually take part on a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion, or even if it's for yourself, use our Click&Go! service to find your preferred date or location.
Other experiences may also be available to buy in this way by calling our Customer Experience Centre.
Please note that all dates are subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions (e.g. age, weight or height) that I need to consider before buying the experience?
Some Red Letter Days experiences are subject to minimum or maximum requirements, e.g. age, health, height or weight.
We will advise you before you place your order if any restrictions apply.
These restrictions are specified by our experience suppliers for your own safety.
Once booked, you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met.
Full details are included in your gift pack and we ask you to read this carefully as soon as you receive it.
Do you have any Special Offers on any of your experiences?
We often have Special Offers for certain experiences, dates and times at special prices that you can buy at short notice.

To redeem your Points, simply click here to log-in to your account with your registered email address and password.
