Red Letter Days, the UK's leading experience company, has begun the process of creating a pan-European Alliance for the experience industry with an alliance signed with Italian, German and Spanish co-partners.
Industry leaders in their respective markets, Yamando in Germany, Elation in Italy and The Lifestyle Group in Spain, are the first signees of what Red Letter Days expects to ultimately be a global collective of experience companies. Working equally together to share ideas and technological innovations, the Alliance will provide an international offering to both their corporate and consumer markets.
Bill Alexander, Managing Director at Red Letter Days, says: "We decided to spearhead the formation of this Alliance as we were seeing a demand for a European solution within the experiences sector. We are only working with companies that share the values Red Letter Days has become so renowned for - the best customer service, the level of flexibility we offer to our customers and only working with top quality partners."
He adds: "From a corporate perspective, this Alliance will provide all of our clients with access to a European network of companies to meet their respective needs. For example if a client wants to host a private tour of the Sistine Chapel, we can do this. On a consumer level, we will each be able to provide our customers with a European range of experiences to choose from. If they are on holiday in one of these locations, we can now offer them a Red Letter Day there too."
Red Letter Days are currently in talks with experience companies in the French, Benelux and Scandinavian markets and are looking at other industry leaders in key global locations, including the US, Australia and New Zealand.
