Red Letter Days, the UK’s leading experience company, has launched the Global Experience Alliance - the world’s first organisation for the experiences industry with alliances signed with 11 countries - Italy, Germany, Sweden, Norway, USA, Australia, New Zealand, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, France and Spain.
Industry leaders in their respective markets, Excitations in the US, Yamando in Germany, Allegria in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Red Balloon in Australia and New Zealand and Liveit in Sweden and Norway are just some of the partners of what Red Letter Days describes as a global collective of experience companies. Working equally together to share ideas and technological innovations, the Alliance provides an international offering to both their corporate and consumer markets.
Bill Alexander, Managing Director at Red Letter Days, says: "We decided to form this Alliance as we were seeing a demand for a global solution within the experiences sector. We are only working with companies that share the values Red Letter Days has become so renowned for - the best customer service, the level of flexibility we offer to our customers and only working with top quality partners."
He adds: "From a corporate perspective, this Alliance provides all of our clients with access to a global network of companies to meet their respective needs. For example if a client wants to host a private tour of the Sistine Chapel, we can do this. On a consumer level, we are each able to provide our customers with an international range of experiences to choose from. If they are on holiday in one of these locations, we can now offer them the single best company and service in that country to talk to."
Red Letter Days are currently in talks with experience companies and incentive houses in Dubai, South Africa and Hong Kong and are looking at other industry leaders in key global locations.
