The best day ever, even though the weather wasn't that great it didnt stop us enjoying ourselves. It was one of the day to remeber and i would love to do it again properly during the evening or during the Chirstmas period.

Despite the heavy rain we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The boat was warm and comfortable, the service excellent, the food was pretty good and, of course, the scenery was fantastic - seeing London from the river was wonderful. The one suggestion we have to make is that a small map of the route and landmarks would have been good. Knowing which bridges we were going under etc. If we had thought of it we would have taken our own.

Good Way To See Some Sites And Enjoy Great Music.

The only thing I would comment on was for the price it would have been nice to have a glass of wine included.

We were on the Symphony which was perfect for the views plus good staff, good food, good ambience and music which made for a relaxing enjoyable trip. A small suggestion would be nice to have a simple sketch map of the river naming key sites as an added extra.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise, which was great fun and a unique experience. It was a great way to see London from the Thames whilst enjoying a meal in convivial surroundings. The jazz musicians also added a touch of romance to the occasion. Good value and thoroughly recommended. We will definitely be doing this again and bringing our friends.

    Excellent Service, Food And Music.

The boat was great - well equipped and comfortable. The food was excellent and the wine lovely. The jazz was fun and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The weather was perfect for us, so we saw the river and its sights at their best.

A comfortable boat with plenty of space, and a relaxed atmosphere with friendly attendants. The food was good, wholesome and well cooked, and the waiter most helpful. We were expecting traditional jazz, but the lady singer was very good and we were not too disappointed with the music. It would have been helpful to have a map of the journey so that the non-Londoners of us could more easily recognise some of the landmarks. Alternatively, a brief commentary about the areas would have helped.

    A Perfect Day

From the start to finish this was a wonderful experience and thanks to all the staff who made it look so effortless. We all felt 'special' and nothing was too much trouble for our waitress. The food was excellent and the Jazz band brilliant, the music pitched perfectly for a lunch time occasion. This was a 'birthday present from my son for my 65th and the memories will be treasured. Thank you for making the day so memorable.

This trip was hugely enjoyable and much better than I'd expected. Our 'Bateau' was classier than I imagined and our waiter Mo was attentive and friendly. The meal was well presented and the staff were aware of my husband's request for no dairy products which was met with a suitable alternative with minimum fuss. The views of London offered an excellent backdrop to the sounds of the Jazz quartet on board and all in all I thought it was a great afternoon.

This was a great gift, from my son, for my 60th birthday. The standard of service was excellent, as was the food and the jazz combo. Everything was at a leisurely pace, which made it very relaxed. The boat was amazing and given that it was all glass - well above the deck anyway, it did not matter where you sat, the view was superb. That the boat went upstream first, way up to Chelsea, made it different and more interesting than most boat trips and then it headed back to the more convential route, downstream and through Tower Bridge. We could not fault the day.

Great Food, Great Jazz, Great Service.

A much better experience than we expected. The weather was cold and wet, the reception on arriving and boarding, warm and welcoming. The food, wine and music were excellent!!! A Great afternoon out on our wedding anniversary. Roger S (Essex)

Despite torrential rain an old school friend and myself spent a very enjoyable day on the river. The service on board and at Bateaux London reception was exempelary.

Great as a special day and is affected by the weather for visibility. Meals were acceptable. Jazz was reasonable without being too serious.

    A Pleasant Couple Of Hours

    Karran S, 12 Feb 2012

The actual trip lasted about 2.5 hours (plus reception and boarding time) and was a relaxing way to spend a Sunday lunchtime after two days of walking around London. The service was excellent and the music was a pleasant backdrop to the food - which was tasty if a little unoriginal. My family's various dietary requirements were accommodated without fuss. The cruise did not pass the Houses of Parliament but you get a good view of Big Ben at the start of the trip - the cruise was in the opposite direction as far as the O2 Arena.

    Excellent Lunch
