Booking procedure very straightforward and our lunch was most enjoyable, The staff on the boat were all very friendly, food hot and well presented (although obviously not a big choice of menu) and wine prices were reasonable. Nice friendly atmosphere with people talking to others on different tables. Nice to have the band playing and a few couples danced but should imagine a bit livelier on an evening cruise. London looked lovely
Serving staff were great, very good food, and the Thames view of London is truly unique! And a very good jazz trio.
We experienced a fabulous day on Sunday on the Symphony Jazz Cruise. We celebrated our friends 80th birthday and had a wonderful time, the food was outstanding and the music was very entertaining. Our waitress was very pleasant and the sites we saw were outstanding. What an amazing way to view all the wonderful architecture and sites. We certainly will be back but next time would like to do it on an evening as I am sure the buildings will look even more spectacular lit up at night.
Had a fantastic Day on the Jazz lunch cruise...the food and service was very good ...Great way to celebrate a special occasion ...
A very enjoyable two and a half hours cruising the thames. Weather was perfect, clear but not too hot as inside of boat can get a bit warm. Nipped on deck inbetween courses to take in the views and get some air. A really nice length of time, very relaxing with good food and drink. Fully recommend it.
A excellent way of ejoying London's river and the riverside sights while enjoying a pleasant lunch.
Lovely food professionally served without forcing the pace. Plenty of space aorund the tables so we could be served & move around without disturbing other diners. Bottled water is a bit pricey!
This trip was a lovely day out. The food was so tasty and great presentation; the staff couldnt have been more friendly but very professional. Great for so many occasions.
Smashing day weather helped but all round very enjoyable
This was a truly wonderful experience. The boat was spotlessly clean. The meal was good and the staff very attentive. The views of places of interest from the boat were inspiring,
This gift to my wife and I from our daughter and family extended our Christmas enjoyment right into the best of the summer weather. Such an enjoyable afternoon with excellent views of the numerous historical sites along the banks of the Thames, accompanied by nice relaxing music and a well presented three course meal served by very friendly and helpful staff. Our thanks to Red Letter Days for a memorable afternoon.
The staff were welcoming and the food delicious. The weather was incredibly warm which leads to the reason for 4 stars not 5 stars - the cabin was incredibly hot (the thermometer read 33 degrees where we were seated, by the window in the rear dining area). With the addition of a more efficient cooling system the cruise would have been perfect.
Spent a glorious Sunday afternoon with Bateaux Cruises. Our waiter kept us stocked up with cold drinks as a very hot day. The boat was comfortable and clean and not too many passengers. Having the top deck was lovely where we could sip our G & Ts and watch the sights of London go by. Would definitely recommend this excursion.
We had perfect weather for our trip along the Thames. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our table was well sited in the middle isle so we could get out to view the sights from the two viewing points and the stern. A lovely day.
I wonderful day for our wedding anniversary. The weather was very good which did make a difference. Food and table service was very good and the way the top deck is laid out was totally unexpected. We will go again with some friends.
This was an great experience something quite different from your normal Sunday Lunch. We were able to see all the best sites of London from the cruiser some which you can't see this well from the land. Excellent customer service from start to finish, high quality food, presented well and efficient service, brilliant live jazz music to listen to all the way. Great value for the money. We would receommend this for sure!!
From the moment we stepped on board it felt special. We were escorted to our table, which was a lovely touch, very shortly our waiter took the order for drinks. We were able to enjoy the view whilst waiting for lunch. Lunch was extremely enjoyable, very tasty, well cooked with a delicious sweet. All this was enjoyed whilst we cruised the Thames.
To see our capital city from the river rather than off a bus, just like our forefathers. Magic.
The whole experience was very well organised. The Sunday lunch was excellent with very good service.
The boat trip was excellent - quality service - plenty of space on Harmony.
