Had a very enjoyable day and would recommend this trip. We were fortunate enough to have good weather on the Westminster to Tower part of the journey so were able to sit in the open top deck. The running commentary by one of the crew (who wasn't a tour guide) was really helpful too, although we didn't have this for the Tower to Greenwich and back part of the trip.

Great service from start to finish. We started at the Tower with a tour led by a Yeoman Warder. He was funny and informative and we were gripped! After lunch and further explorations around the tour we headed to Greenwich. We were entertained by a commentary from the ship's crew as we travelled which brought what we were seeing to life. Greenwich was really worth the time we took to explore the well known sites and cafes. A great day, full of fun and different experiences. Definitely to be recommended!

Lovely weather so excellent trip along the Thames to the Tower of London. Getting the tickets was easy and all staff pleasant and friendly from the cruiser to the Tower. A little bit of experience on the Tube to get to the ticket office from the train station but well worth it. Seeing the Crown Jewels, relaxing environment and the atmosphere of London with beefeaters and guards with bearskin helmets. A reasonably priced lunch at the Tower restaurant was enjoyable and well earned too. An extra not for everyone was watching Jedward filming at the Tower of London an unexpected end to the day! Cruise back to Westminister and back to the train and an end to a busy but relaxing and enjoyable day. Well worth the trip and plenty to see although there are also a lot of steps at the Tower so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for walking but plenty to see and do and watch even if you don't get around all of the Tower. Well worth the experience!

The boat trip is a fabulous way to get around the London sights. We arrived at the Tower of London, ahead of the crowds, having had a relaxing cruise down from Westminster. The boat crew were very knowledgeable about the riverbank sights and provided an entertaining conmentary. We could easily have spent a whole day at the Tower, with my 3 year old and his 65 yr old Grandfather equally entertained, but we went on to Greenwich and were very pleased we did. The area is lovely; there was too much to see for us to visit all the local places of interest in the couple of hours we had left, so we chose to go to the Greenwich Park and the Observatory - both of which we highly recommend. Overall a very enjoyable and great value experience.

Everything was fine, including a hot and sunny summer day, for our family Red Letter Day treat. The City Cruise and Tower of London tickets were ready and waiting when we checked in, even the boat was waiting. Interesting commentary down to the Tower. We learnt that Big Ben is the name of the bell, the clock tower is 'St. Stephens'! Tower of London was packed with tourists, well why not, we were tourists for the day too. Crown Jewels, death of the princes, Beefeaters everywhere, Ravens, battlements and then back to the boat for our cruise to Greenwich and back. Finished at the Hard Rock Cafe, good food, fair price and the family got back home safely. Thanks for our Red Letter Day experience.

We really enjoyed the river cruise and the Tower of London visit. We found it extremely convenient. We got our passes without any problems and from then on it was a great experience. If not for receiving the Red Letter Days gift, we would not have known of this fantastic combination of the river cruise and the Tower of London visit. It was like 2 days out in a single day!!

The river trip on the Thames was great, the chap who gave the commentary was exellent and very interesting and full of local knowledge. The Tower was exellent, steeped in history, we especially enjoyed the crown jewels. We would just like to say thanks for making our day run so well.
