Great day. Efficient staff, both when booking in and on the the vessel itself. Food was great and good timing between courses. Atmosphere on board was warming, staff very friendly and always available. Sights good and plenty of photo opportunities. The only downside we had no knowledge of the menu before the day

This was bought as a Christmas gift for my husband and I by our daughter after she had enjoyed the experience last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a fantastic day. The sun shone for the whole cruise so we were able to have the best view of all the sites. The commentary was just right, not too intrusive, but informative and entertaining in equal measure. The food was lovely and the service superb. We highly reccommend this experience and fully intend to do it again in the future.

The boat was clean,left on time, returned on time. The food was of good qualityand the staff were very smart and efficient. A great way to see some sights of London, would recommend it to all.

What an excellent day out. My wife was treated for her birthday and we had a fabulous time. The boat cruised along at a leisurely pace and we were able to take in all the sights along the Thames whilst being waited upon in a calm and polite manner. The meal was very good and we have no complaints about the entire event. It was a memorable experience. We had a really good day and we came home with a smile on our faces. It was one to remember!

Great company, great food, great commentary, great staff, great experience! We were extra lucky in that we also had a blue sky - in February! I think the only reason for not giving 5* is that you only have two choices of food - meat or vegetarian. And only one dessert choice. Even so, nobody went without!

I booked a gift card for my boyfriend for his christmas present, when looking through the options he decided to upgrade the voucher and for us to both have a special afternoon on the Thames. The meal was lovely and you were left to eat in piece and then get the commentry after the meal. I am looking to book this for my parents for their christmas present this year. Highly recommended.
