  • About

Get the kids outdoors for a fun adventure day out on this cowboy-inspired horse riding experience for two. Join Boston, Tilly and friends on a Wild West experience, perfect for would-be cowboys or cowgirls. Participants will get to ride a pony for up to one hour in a Western-style beginner's lesson and take home a cowkid certificate afterwards. The kids can also try their hand at lassoing cow-horns to build up an appetite, then tuck into a tasty ranch burger meal including burgers and beans. When the budding cowkids arrive at The Burley Villa School of Riding, they will have a safety briefing and each one is given a cowboy hat before moving on to meet the ponies! Went with 5 children aged 5 to 9 years. Well organised, friendly staff. My youngest daughter aged 3 years was too young to book but they tried to involve her though she was just watching; got her a riding hat too, let her help brush the ponies, and she joined in the cowboy lunch, which was much better than I expected. They had burgers and sausages cooked in front of us, with buns, sweetcorn and beans and chocolate muffins for dessert. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The only problem is, they keep asking when they can go again! My oldest son aged 9 wants riding lessons and my daughter aged 7 wants a pony of her own! Help!!!
