My girlfriend and I went on a spa break for one night to the Bannatyne Hotel and Spa in Hastings. The staff were wonderful and it was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. We will be returning soon!

Drove a long way to enjoy this experience & definitely did!! Bedroom was great, along with staff & more importantly our treatment (facial & back, neck & shoulder massage) was amazing just what the doctor ordered.

Having left this experience for 52 years, ignoring the baby lotion no doubt lovingly applied by my doting mother when I was in nappies, I was a little apprehensive. However an hour later I felt very relaxed and really enjoyed the experience. My wife loved it too! The hotel is a great place to stay and the staff were very friendly. From lunch on the terrace to dinner and breakfast inside the atmosphere is serene and peaceful. Room and bed very comfortable. You will enjoy this Red Letter Experience.

This was a much needed treat gifted by our family for our anniversary. The Spa facilities and staff were friendly and pleasant. The thing that took the edge off the experience was the short walk from the very pleasant hotel to the Spa facilities with Towels and robes in hand !!! We were then instructed to carry these back after the treatments. Very weird arrangement that took the edge of what was a relaxing weekend with fantastic food at the hotel.

We had a wonderful time! Very relaxing. Super friendly and helpful staff, lovely comfortable and very clean room. Nice meal and very reasonable price. The spa was luxurious and relaxing. All pretty perfect! Peaceful setting too and nice views.

What a delightful place to relax. Lovely staff, especially at the bar in the evening who were able to chat to us about the history of the place and give us some welcoming tips on where to go the following day depending on the weather! The food in the restaurant was delicious and would be an even prettier environment in the summer evenings. Every wish we made was granted and delivered with a pleasent smile. The treatments were very romantic and although we were both aching a little afterwards we felt completely rejuvinated. An excellent venue, can't wait to return in the summer months for some lazy strolls in the late sun before dinner. Thanks!

As we approached the Bannatyne hotel, my boyfriend and I were very impressed by the grandeur of the building - a smart yet rustic country house, surrounded by green. We were really pleased with the hotel room. The room was decorated in a modern, sophisticated style. This gave the room a feel of decadence and glamour. In the hotel spa we had a massage which was lovely. We also liked the 'relaxation' room and the outdoor hot-tubs. We ate in the hotel restaurant overlooking the beautiful hotel gardens. The starter and main were delicious; however, we had to wait over an hour for dessert. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very comfortable, with fresh, funky decor also in keeping with the country house ambience. We would highly recommend it!

My husband and I had a lovely, relaxing break at the Bannantyne Spa Hotel in Hastings. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful and the spa was nice too. We had our treatments in a dual room and everything was very peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast at the hotel the next morning was plentiful and tasty. All in all, a great break away from the stresses and strains of everyday life, for a good price too.

We were delighted to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was beautifully designed and very modern. The hotel was lovely, the food and service was excellent. The facilities at the health centre included an amazing gym and nice spa facilities. I would recommend booking your spa treatments before you go as they book up quickly.

We both had a great stay at the spa. We were looked after very well by the staff who were friendly and helpful at all times. The food in the restaurant was excellent and my wife said she had one of the best starters ever. The gym was very well equipped to burn off the extra calories we put on in the restaurant!

My husband and I had the most wonderful time at Bannatyne Spa. The setting was beautiful, the staff were so, so lovely and the spa is heavenly. It was just what we needed to relax and spend some quality time together in a wonderful setting.
