I recently stayed at the Bannatyne Spa in Hastings for 2 nights for 2 people. We had a great time and the staff at the hotel and the spa were so friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel is very average but is averagely priced as well. I would definitely return though as I had the best massage of my life there. We had a lava shells massage and a facial as part of the deal.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our two day spa break at the Bannatyne Hotel. The food was all superb and the service was good. We both enjoyed the relaxing visits to the spa too.

After receiving a Red Letter Day Voucher as a gift I opted for a mini break, a two night luxury spa getaway for me & a friend. I simply sent a few dates of choice to the Red Letter Day team & everything was arranged quickly & without me having to do anything. It was so easy all I had to do was sit back & wait for the weekend away to arrive! From start to finish I was very impressed with the service, the hotel lived up to & beyond expectation. We were truly pampered for the entire stay & looked after by a very professional team. I have no complaints & would love to be back living the luxury lifestyle right now!! We feel totally relaxed, revitalized & will definitely be re-booking another deal in the future! Red Letter Days made the entire package simple and stress free, arranging everything so we just had to turn up and get straight on with enjoying ourselves!! We had the time of our lives & are now counting down the days until our next treat! Thank you Red Letter Days for everything!!

This hotel was stunning! Even through the mist and the rain, the building stood out with beautiful scenery all around. Food was good and fairly reasonable along with drinks, both soft and alcoholic, bein quite affordable. The rooms were gorgeous with everything you needed so if you forgot anything it didn't matter. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Spa itself was most relaxing and again, staff in there were very helpful indeed. Will definitely be going back!

The treatments were very good although we only had a choice of a back, neck and shoulder massage with a mini facial or a full body massage, not quite what you're quoting above. However, the beauticians were very efficient and we enjoyed our treatments very much. It's just a pity the gym is not attached to the hotel which would make it a much more relaxing experience. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and the bar food was very good.

The surrounding area of hotel was really very nice as well as the inside of the hotel, perfect for relaxation. There was also excellent gym facilities with a wide range of equipment ,pool and sauna and steam room! In my spa package that was bought as birthday treat i also had a luxurious lava shells massage and facial which was so extremley relaxing. The staff was also very friendy and helpful. Would absolutley love to go back again.

As a busy mummy to a demanding one-year-old, time to myself is often hard to come by. When my husband bought me a Red Letter Day Spa Break to enjoy with a friend I couldn't wait to go! I've had a wonderful girly weekend away, escaping from the stress of daily life to be pampered in the Spa and Hotel - I couldn't have asked for a better holiday!
