  • About

Llamas are perfect companions for an English country walk - affectionate, intelligent and happy to carry all your stuff! There's also something relaxing about their gentle presence. You'll receive a warm and informative welcome in the reception room, before taking the reins of your llama and heading out on a two-hour trek. Your fluffy new friend will happily carry your rucksack and camera as you walk through beautiful English countryside, a mixture of woodland and open fairway. Each trek is guided and there will always be one llama shared between an adult and a child. There'll be plenty of great photo opportunities and afterwards you can meet the rest of the herd of 50-odd llamas. You are also welcome to picnic at the farm.

    • A pleasant country walk accompanied by your own llama companion
    • Intelligent, affectionate and very calming, the llamas will make this a memorable and relaxing trek
    • Walk in a small group for about two hours, accompanied by a guide…
    • ...and with the llama carrying all your stuff!

Lovely Relaxing Walk In Very Interesting Company!

    Tim T, 01 Aug 2010

Mary met us and intoduced us to our Llama friends for the walk and gave us a team talk with regard to how to best handle the llama's. We then set off at a leisurely pace into the Northamptonshire countryside. The llamas were well trained and our two children had no trouble handling them, in fact it was all we could do to persuade them that we couldn't take one home with us!

    The Kids Loved This Experience

This is a lovely experience to do with the kids - we even got to see a baby Llama which was born just as we arrived which was a bonus.

A fabulous day, weather was brilliant, something completely different to do on a Saturday morning. Would thoroughly recommend it and would certainly go again, would like to do it for a day rather than half day. Mary and Dave certainly know their business and were so good with the adults and children, lovely people. So peaceful, so relaxing, just what I needed.
