Lovely Peaceful Stay

We went on a Sunday night, and the place was nearly empty. The staff were friendly and attentive, without being over familiar. On our last visit, we were very dissapointed to find out that this was tied up in a deal with Legoland, and in the summer months, it is often very full of over excited children who run screaming around the dining room, making a romantic evening meal impossible! There are some lovely walks by the side of the Thames just over the back of the car park, and lovely tea rooms to explore in Marlow itself. If you choose your time, this is a great place to be.

The room was spectacular, the food was exquisit, the pool and spa facilities were beautiful. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time!!!!

From start to finish could not of asked for a better experience, all the staff were very pleasent and helpful, facilities were perfect, definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic short break. Relaxing, calming and what lovely rooms. The sleep experience was the best we've ever had in a hotel, the pillows were soft, the beds firm and the overall environment was so thoughtfully designed for a wonderful nights sleep. Breakfast was tasty, varied and I enjoyed the well designed surroundings of the restaurant.

We brought the Red Letter Day for my father-in-law's 80th birthday so that we could enjoy a stay in Marlow. The hotel was easy to find, the reception staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms were very clean & comfortable. Our daughter enjoyed a swim the next morning in the lovely pool area. My parents in law had a wonderful stay & went home very happy.

On arrival, we were struck by the very pleasant ambience and the cheerful staff did a prompt check-in and we were on our way to enjoying the various facilities and activities within the hotel. Spent couple of hours in the swimming pool which my children were simply thrilled with. Me and my wife being learners in the pool were extremely pleased to realise that the whole pool was 3.5 feet in depth and an observer might have thought how confidently we were going from one end to the other whereas in reality we were just showing off in the relatively 'shallow' pool. The jacuzzi was literally heart warming. We also enjoyed de-toxifying in the steam room with alternate 'cooling'and 'hotting'. Played table-tennis which we had not done in a long time. At night, we visited Marlow town centre where we had a take-away and then visited Henley-on-Thames-all such beautiful places. Our hotel room was so clean and comfortable,with a cozy bed where we slept like logs. Breakfast was scrumptious. Will book again.

We arrived late in the afternoon, received a warm welcome and were promptly checked in and directed to our room. The room was spacious and well equipped. We had breakfast at the hotel and restaurant was very pleasant and the food was varied and of a good standard.

Excellent service from an amazing team. Mainly reception and bar staff were the friendliest not so much the breakfast staff, however i would definitely recommend this weekend for a stay away. The hotel facilities were amazing. And the room was lovely.

We loved it. Love to come back and we will. Your staff were fantastic the pool was good and the breakfast was excellent. You can't get a better hotel than the Crowne Plaza. My friends are going to book as i said ty so much.

We were given this experience from our children for xmas but have only just got round to using it as we have very busy schedules - was well worth waiting for - just to escape for the day and evening was wonderful - very relaxing - the hotel staff were very helpful and even provided a cake with a candle for my husbands birthday - the pool was great and gym provided us with the excuse to indulge at breakfast time. All in all a fantastic night away.

Although hotel near major roads, it was very peaceful, rooms and amenities of an excellent standard and it was good to experience such friendly staff. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. The proximity to major roads made for easy access to Marlow and Henley plus we had fantastic weather - always a bonus in England!

Crown Plaza Hotel whilst located in an industrial area is only a few minutes walk from the river where you can walk right into Marlow and enjoy the shops and park and walk over the suspension bridge.Good swimming pool and gym, in the hotel, staff friendly and approachable.Room lovely, good size, comfortable bed.TVpicture not that good.

Lovely hotel set in picturess gardens with a huge lake. Nice resturaunt and bar area and rooms very comfortable. Didn't use the gym but the pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub were great.

4 adults and one 22 month old baby! We all had a lovely time staying at this Hotel weekends are very family friendly. Room/bathroom was very clean and a good size. We all had dinner at the hotel and we didn't think much of it for the money, somewhere in marlow would have been better. But saying that breakfast was very nice.

This was our first Red letter day and we were not dissapointed! The Crowne Plaza in Marlow is a modern, well equipped hotel with great facilities. We made good use of the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hot tubs during our stay. The food in the Glaze restaurant was excellent but above all, the staff at this hotel were very pleasant and polite. Our room was both spacious and comfortable with a kingsize bed to die for! This all added up to a very relaxing and enjoyable short break. Thank you Red Letter Days.

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend staying at the Crowne Plaza Marlow. The hotel was really lovely with beautiful settings, great gym and swim facilities, great breakfast and really friendly staff. Marlow itself was charming with a beautiful river walk along the Thames Path from the Hotel to Marlow itself. We have returned feeling we have stayed in a beautiful part of the country and glad we choose the Crowne Plaza to stay at. A definate return will be made
