Your day at the spa includes the choice of two 25 minute treatments - choose from body exfoliation, foot ritual (polish not included), booster facial or a massage or hair and scalp ritual. Facilities include a (20 metre ozone treated) swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, sauna, steam rooms, plunge pool, tropical fish relaxation lounge and squash courts. Why not try an exercise or relaxation class to continue the mood. A delicious lunch is also included.
