Truly a day we will remember for a long time. When we arrived at the Grosvenor House Hotel we were treated like royalty. The staff looked after us extremely well and made us feel very special. We could take our time and didn't feel we were treated any differently to guests who were staying there. It was a perfect end to a perfect day.

Our visit to Kensington Palace was somewhat disappointing as we did not know that the Diana Princess of Wales exhibition had ceased at the end of March and that the new Diana exhibition was to start on the 19th April. We would have delayed our visit if we had known. Our afternoon tea at the Grosvenor House Hotel was excellent.

We had a wonderful day. It was easy to find the locations and we were very well looked after at each of the venues.

We were given as a gift a guided tour of Kensington Palace and tea at Grosvenor House. The guided tour in the event was a tour with a hand held audio guide which was not what was intended by the purchaser.

The day itself was superb and my friend and I have a fantastic experience to remember. The staff at the Grosvenor House Hotel were fantastic.
