Get behind the wheel of the new Audi R8 supercar - a true German motoring masterpiece. Audi's leading designers have pushed the boundaries of racing technology, futuristic construction and luxury refinement to deliver a car which is as exciting to drive as it is stunning to look at. With a 4.2 litre V8 engine capable of reaching 187 mph, this car is sure to satisfy any driving enthusiast! Your experience begins with a briefing from a qualified instructor who'll talk you through racing lines, techniques and how to best handle the car out on the track. Then you'll be driven around the circuit in a hot hatch for two demo laps before putting the theory into practice in the superb Audi R8. The R8 is handsome, dynamic and its refinement level is guaranteed to impress. Drive four breathtaking laps of this 1.8 mile circuit, specially designed to put cars like this through their paces. Your driving will be assessed and you'll walk away with a certificate as a memento of your day.

Participant Guidelines: Minimum height is 5'2'', maximum is 6'4''. Maximum weight is 17 stone. You must hold a full British or international manual driving licence which you will be required to produce on the day.
Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. high winds, ice or heavy rain) which would make driving at speed dangerous. The venue will contact you if your experience is cancelled for any reason.
Duration: Each lap is 1.8 miles long, driving time is around ten minutes in total. You'll be at the circuit for between half an hour to an hour, including your briefing and driving laps. Please arrive up to 15 minutes in advance of your booked time.
Numbers On Day: All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis although briefings may be shared. During your familiarisation laps in the hot hatch you will share the car with up to two other participants as well as your instructor.
Spectators: Spectators are welcome to join you. Children must be closely supervised at all times. Prestwold Hall boasts an American style diner with food, refreshments and a view of some of the action. Dogs are not permitted.
Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. Any special equipment will be provided. You're welcome to bring your own crash helmet if you have one (which will be tested by the instructor before you drive).
Availability: Selected Saturdays and occasional Thursdays, averaging three dates per month. As this is a very popular experience, we recommend you allow several weeks advance booking notice. The circuit closes annually from mid December to early January.
Other Info: You are welcome to spend the day at Prestwold Hall and watch the other experiences taking place.
