Get behind the wheel of the beautiful new Maserati Gran Turismo - one of the world's most exciting and exclusive sports cars. With a 4.2 litre V8 engine the Gran Turismo is a muscular, high performance sports car offering incredible acceleration, excellent handling and an elegance that sets it apart from the competition. Your experience begins with a briefing from a qualified instructor who'll talk you through racing lines, techniques and how best to handle the car out on the track. Then you'll be driven around the circuit in a hot hatch for two demo laps before putting the theory into practice in the Maserati, one of the finest cars ever to wear the famous trident badge. This car has it all - stunning design, refinement, pace and superb handling. Drive four breathtaking laps of the 1.8 mile circuit, specially designed to put cars like this through their paces. Your driving will be assessed and you'll walk away with a certificate as a memento of your day.

Participant Guidelines: Minimum height is 5'2'', maximum is 6'4''. Maximum weight is 17 stone. You must hold a full British or international manual driving licence which you will be required to produce on the day.
Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. high winds, ice or heavy rain) which would make driving at speed dangerous. The venue will contact you if your experience is cancelled for any reason.
Duration: Each lap is 1.8 miles long, driving time is around ten minutes in total. You'll be at the circuit for between half an hour to an hour, including your briefing and driving laps. Please arrive up to 15 minutes in advance of your booked time.
Numbers On Day: All in-car tuition is on a one-to-one basis although briefings may be shared. During your familiarisation laps in the hot hatch you will share the car with up to two other participants as well as your instructor.
Spectators: Spectators are welcome to join you. Children must be closely supervised at all times. Prestwold Hall boasts an American style diner with food, refreshments and a view of some of the action. Dogs are not permitted.
Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. Any special equipment will be provided. You're welcome to bring your own crash helmet if you have one (which will be tested by the instructor before you drive).
Availability: Selected Saturdays and occasional Thursdays, averaging once a month Jan - March and twice per month from April. As this is a very popular experience, we recommend you allow several weeks advance booking notice. The circuit closes annually from mid December to early January.
