    Fabulous Flowboarding Fun!

I saw Jo Brand do this on her Big Splash show and thought I have to have a go! I must admit though, when I arrived and saw people on the Flowboard, I thought I'm not sure about this. I was suddenly worried that I wouldn't be fit enough, and would make an idiot of myself! I'm no spring chicken, and I'm carrying extra weight. Whilst I walk every day, go fencing and ice-skating, I'm not as superfit as I once was! Somehow, I ended up being the first in my group to have a go, and I was immediately hooked! You know somethings good when you find yourself grinning and laughing with childlike delight on your first go!! My mission now is to return and have another go, with more of my friends, and to get onto my knees!! LOVED it and highly recommend having a go - if you love water sports and don't mind getting wet, and getting bruised knees!!

I took my daughter flow boarding for her 9 birthday, It has to be one of the best Red Letter Day experiences we have ever done and we have done a few. The instructor we had was awesome, he even got us both surfing standing up on our own, 10 out of 10 and would recommend this for everyone to try. Thanks for everyone at the flowboarding place for making my little girls birthday so fantastic.

    Brilliant Birthday Present
