The welcome and service was excellent. Relaxed atmosphere and splendid tea and sandwiches and cake. Worth a visit.
Staff looked after us really well, making us feel very important. Nice selection of sandwiches and cakes - great opportunity just to take a few hours and stop and chat, away from the day to day rushing about - very pleasant. Location great, just up the road from Buckingham Palace.
Spent the afternoon here and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The staff were attentive and the choice of teas was a lovely touch. We enjoyed our champagne while tucking into a selection of lovely fresh sandwiches, scones and a variety of cakes !
food was fantastic. service was excellent. waitress was very attentive. everything was served beautifully.
My friend and I arrived about a quarter of an hour early on Saturday afternoon. The brasserie was busy but surprisingly we were only kept waiting for a minute or two. Every member of staff was pleasant and polite, in particular our waitress who took our photograph without hesitation when asked. In fact she took three in an effort to get it just right. It is this sort of attention to detail that makes all the difference between a good experience and a memorable one. The presentation of the choice of teas in a box was novel, as was the egg timer designed to make sure that the tea brewed for the correct amount of time. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty but the cakes and scones could have been better. They had a slightly mass produced feel about them - but we still enjoyed them! We felt under no pressure to leave even though the place was busy - in fact the atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant. I would be happy to go again and would recommend it.
Excellent afternoon champagne cream tea. Good location to take a rest as part of a busy day out in London. Good service and good value. However unable to book online as advised but called direct and no problems.
We arrived early but were greeted by very pleasant, attentive and happy staff. The tea was superb with all home baked bread and cakes. The selection of teas shown to us in the "tea box" was very good. Thoroughly recommended!d
Delivered what we expected.
The food was delicious, the ambience of the restaurance was just right and we had a great time
Bought for my Birthday by work colleagues
The experience was really nice, we trully enjoyed our time. The atmosphere is great, good selection of teas, nice food and location is in the heart of London.
The service in the Tiger Green Brasserie was good with the afternoon tea being nice, all freshly prepared and ready to be eaten. This was a gift for both myself and my husband which we were very pleased about. I highly recommend it if you are looking for somewhere which isnt formal and really relaxed.
Welcoming, friendly and relaxing. No pressure to leave, excellent service.
After going to my daughter's forth-coming wedding venue in September, being held at Century club, Shaftesury Ave. My husband and i were delighted to go and enjoy the afternoon tea at the Tiger Brasserie. The staff was so friendly and efficient and couldn't do more for us. The food was first class and so fresh. I would recommend all my friends and relations to spend an afternoon going to the Tiger Brassiere.
I'm glad we upgraded our voucher to include champagne although the experience would have been just as good without! The sandwiches were different from the run of the mill offerings, the scones were still warm and the cakes and trifle were superb. A great start to our two day stay in London.
Great staff excellent service but we all thought the sandwiches were rather dry, as if they had been made well befor time, but there was a great selection of everything on the stand, so that was ashame but good selection of teas to try, and was offered more of the tea. Nice afternoon.
The service was first class and the food was excellent with a choice of different teas for those who like to try them.
A very pleasant hour and a half spent at the Hilton Green Park Hotel for "Afternoon Tea", with my wife.
Absolutely brilliant. Staff so friendly and knowlegable. Would highly recommend
My husband being gluten intolerant I was a bit apprehensive as to what he would be given. I can safely say that the spread he enjoyed was the same quality that I received. We both thoroughly enjoyed everything.
