After some difficulty locating the entrance to The View from The Shard, the entire process was very easy and the views are just spectacular. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at London Bridge station, and found it quite difficult to locate The Shard entrance, there are no directional signs in the part of the station that we arrived in. The meal at Strada was excellent, food very good quality although a limited menu, again the staff were very efficient and friendly. It would have helped us if we had received better directions to Strada, the area around London Bridge station is confusing to people who do not know London and the Google map that I used was not sufficiently up to date to indicate how we easily got from The Shard to Strada. However, we did eventually find it and although arrived late, we were made to feel most welcome.

It really is an incredible view and very interesting because you can see all the famous London landmarks. Would be great for tourists. The meal afterwards was lovely - service excellent.

My husband and I were treated by his son to a fabulous experience in London. We had a simple but delicious meal overlooking Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and Boris Johnson's offices, watching various craft sail down the Thames. We then walked the short way to the Shard, again receiving a warm welcome. The colourful scenes on the walls before you go up were fascinating - wellknown characters depicted in a humorous way, from royalty and politicians, through to TV stars etc. After the speedy ride to the top, the views were stunning, and we spent 2 hours absorbing so much of interest. The interactive viewing devices were helpful in pinpointing and informing us about places of interest, but the friendly staff and Philip in particular, was a fountain of knowledge. He seemed to be able to answer any questions, and taught me so much about The Great Fire of London and The Plague. To get a visual feel about the spread of these was amazing. We would love to go back towards sunset one day!

Lovely restaurant, seated by the window, fantastic view, friendly helpful staff, delicious food. Short walk to the Shard and then up in the lift to another fantastic view. Well organised and totally memorable.

Fantastic experience, seeing London from such a great height. We were lucky and had nice weather which helped. Having the pre-paid voucher meant no queuing outside the Shard which is always a bonus! Lunch was ok, menu a little lacking in options but what we ate was good.

Shard experience was brilliant, strada had our table set ready in a prime seat facing the Thames. Excellent service throughout. Red Letter Days correspondance was also top notch and despite changing the restaurant this remained to be brilliant. Well done

My wife and I were given the Red Letter Day as a Christmas Present from our son and daughter-in-law and we enjoyed a wonderful day out which was enhanced by a beautiful clear day for us to appreciate the incredible View from the Shard. The package included lunch at the Strada More Restaurant with a river view table looking out at Tower Bridge. The staff, at both venues, were excellent and we complimented them on making our day very special.

Food was lovely great location and view, the shard was great, the view omg wow. The shop is pricey, and the lifts got stuck for a few mins otherwise overall a fantastic day.

This experience is one not to be missed! Booked in advance we were so lucky with the weather and had perfect clear views across London on Marathon day! Watching the runners cross Tower Bridge from the 69 & 72 floors was amazing. Close flying helicopters and perfect sun created a brilliant experience that we shall not forget. Lunch was nice, although the menu for this experience trip was very limited, but it wasn't an issue. Lots of photos taken and memories created.

Fantastic building, very efficient and friendly staff and you can spend as much time as you like taking in the great views using the telscopes if you wish. Even the window cleaners were entertaining. Lunch afterwards was lovely.

The View from the Shard is a great experience, well organised by cheerful and helpful staff. We were blessed with a clear day so we could really appreciate London in all its glory. It is expensive to pay for yourself, so this makes a great gift for a special occasion. Lunch at Azzurro was also good. The two course lunch had a limited choice but we both enjoyed our meal. There were no hidden extras, we just paid for the wine.
