Absolutely fantastic short break. The whole experience, from start to finish will stay with me for ever. In fact I have got the bug and am certainly considering doing this again, but perhaps for a longer period.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was magical, highly recommend. For someone who doesn't like heights I had the most wonderful weekend I will not forget, ever. Would love to go back again one day.

The four of us had such a brilliant time during our treehouse experience. We were really pleased we kept it a surprise from the children as their faces were a picture when they first saw the treehouse! A brilliant weekend of laid back activity such as walking, playing Uno, reading, chopping wood, playing on the rope swing and trying to dam the stream! The outdoor shower is a must - a blissful experience we all hope to repeat! We will definitely return.

Great tree house - kids loved the outside compost toilet. They also loved showering where they could hear the sheep baaing and birds singing. Great hosts. Great weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a weekend break with a difference. Weather not great. Scenery fantastic
Tree House Experiance

What a wonderful experiance staying in a tree house for a week end with the family, surrounded by just forest, beautiful Welsh scenary and sheep! The tree house is creatively designed ensuring an eco balance is maintained. With a log burning stove and lamps there is ample warmth, hot water, light and a wonderful cosy feel. Our boys, 11 and 7 loved this tree house experiance discovering the fun of showering in the forest, walking, exploring, chopping wood and lighting the wood burning stove! I would recommend this to anyone who loves the outdoors, tranquility and wonderful walks and views.

No power, no mobile phone, no TV, sheep, squirells, the birds, sawying trees, the creaks of your treehouse shifting in the breeze and a babbling brook are all you have for company here! This is a truly relaxing experience increasing hard to find in our busy lives. Thoroughly reccomended for both young and old!

Booked this as a surprise for my 6 year old son's birthday - and what a surprise it was! Soft comfy beds, a roaring log fire and sheep all around. Basic enough to ensure you get some quality time together, but with enough little touches to ensure you have everything you *really* need. Son loved it - from sleeping in a bunkbed to swinging on the swing, to using the 'special toilet' (the things that amuse little kids!). We loved it too - mellow lighting, fabulous setting and the amazing shower...No phone signal, tv or internet has never felt so good.
A Great Place For A Short Family Break

A* location and facilities. Gives a family the chance to spend some quality time together in close surroundings and enjoy a simple, slower pace of life. Playing cards together by candle light, having breakfast on a throw away bbq and wandering the fields and river gave our children a real stimulating adventure away from our electrical/mechanical lifestyle and they did not want to leave and cant wait to return. Mark (one of the owners) is very friendly and most accomodating. The service he and his team are offering is brilliant. They are friendly and helpful and have produced a truly great short break in a perfect location.
Everything That We Expected.......and More

The Treehouse experience is one of the best things that we have ever done. A cosy, well-built treetop hideaway with stunning views and beautiful surroundings. Our 2 daughters (10 and 8) were in their element and up to their knees in streams, mud (and sheep 'do'!). They were intrigued by the Swedish compost toilet and the outdoor shower, which was very effective. There are great walks to do most of which are easy for youngsters and the stunning beach at Aberdovey is only a short drive away. If there is a drawback it's the reason that Wales is so green. Rain! Make sure you take waterproofs and wellies (and flip-flops for that night-tme dash for the outside loo). A cool box for your food is also essential as there is gas for cooking, but no electricity. Highly recommended and we will definitely go back.
