Totally enjoyable experience, well hosted and helpful instructor...not sure I'm ready for F1 yet though! Even to drive at Silverstone is a treat, in an Exige is great...other cars there included Astons and Ferarris (I overtook both of them) and happy I chose a Lotus.

What a great experience from start to finish. The instructors at Silverstone were brilliant and though I was nervous, they really put me at ease. The final lap was incredible, and was a great finish to the day.

I love going to Silverstone to watch motor racing - to actually drive the Grand Prix Southern circuit was an absolute blast. The Hanger Straight appears very big from the stands but very small when it is your backside inches above the tarmac at top speed. It did however take the instructor to actually demonstrate what he meant when he said 'brake', I thought he meant 'brake' but he actually meant 'BRAAAAAAKE', incredible stuff. I did get marked down for taking the Ireland corner wide 3 times and spinning off twice, once as a double 360 degree spin but hey it was brilliant fun. I will definitely do this again. Silverstone was great and did everything to include friends and family of the those racing by including them in briefings and taking them down to the experience center for roof top viewing. Brilliant atmosphere & everybody was welcome and had a good time. I can't recommend this enough. There were lots of highlights but overtaking a Ferrari after exiting Club Corner was mental.

I had this bought for me as a birthday present. From the moment the experience began I was looked after well, the safety briefing was friendly and informative, and the in-car tutor was very patient with me as I forgot to brake at each corner! Not quite the same as on the games console! Would recommend to anyone, after seeing me do it my wife wants a go too! The team at the track have a professional setup which you will love.

Arrived at Silverstone and was directed where to go, signed on and waited for other drivers to arrive, then headed into driver briefing. Introduced to all the instructors all of whom knew what they were doing and talking about (being professional racing drivers). Then headed over to the cars and out onto the track. I used the first 4 laps to get a feel for the car and the track. Then had a short break and headed out for another 5 laps in which I really pushed the car hard, was awesome fun and felt like I had really improved with the instructor helping me through the laps. Then had a quick blast round with the instructor, was mental. Awesome day.

Great weather fortunately! Excellent briefing, friendly instructors - altogether a highly enjoyable experience.
