  • About

Get your binoculars out and prepare yourself for a unique perspective of the capital with amphibious London tours. These fascinating vehicles were originally used in wartime, transporting troops and cargo across the waters straight onto land. Famous sights you'll see will include Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and The Ritz. Your guide will give you an entertaining commentary, providing a unique view of London's history, as well as some riveting facts about the DUKW (known as The Duck). After passing The Tate Gallery the whole vehicle will dive into the Thames and take a swim, before climbing back up onto the streets of London towards Lambeth Palace and back to your starting point near the famous EDF Energy London Eye.

    • Tour the city in a famous DUKWS war vehicle
    • From patrolling the streets of London, your vehicle will plunge into the Thames
    • View some fascinating sights including Big Ben and Buckingham Palace

We have never had a tour guide who knew so much about what we were seeing. Mark was fantastic. My husband is a historian but there were so many facts he had no idea about. It was the first time he has ever been complementary about a guide before!

A rainy London day-Take to the water! Our Duckbus tour was a (late) Father's Day gift from our son. Easter Monday was showery, but didn't at all dampen the fun, with an informative and interesting tour guide, and the chance to roll up the windows when we got onto the river and the rain stopped. Will do it again, for sure! (but a sunny day wouldn't go amiss).

    Good Fun

From arrival at the pick up point to collection of the left luggage from the company office, it must be said that all the staff like the tour were FIRST CLASS. Many thanks to all (especially Jamie our tour guide) for a memorable afternoon.

We chose the coldest day of the year but the tour was delightful. Was lovely to see a snow covered London and the trip on the river was lovely. I would recommend this trip if you are a bit pressed for time.

This was a fantastic trip and I will never forget it. It was a way to see parts of London you normally cannot get access to. The guide (Nav) was excellent, and gave us, the audience, just the right level of information required on this type of activity. There were also some topical and appropriate jokes which are always appreciated.

    Very Interesting And Memorable.
