Emeralds, rubies, sapphires... and top of the list, a girl's best friend - the sparkle and shine of a diamond. But have you ever wondered what goes into creating such beautiful pieces? With this experience you'll get the opportunity to watch master craftsmen in their working environment and learn about the clarity and colour of different stones. With your new-found knowledge, you'll choose your own 0.12ct diamond and a 9ct yellow or white gold band to create your own diamond ring. You'll take part in the whole journey, from bending and soldering to filing and buffing. There'll even be the chance to have your ring engraved before the diamond is set and it receives a final finish. Your finished ring will have an approximate financial value of £250, but this unique piece is, of course, priceless! Breakfast, lunch, soft drinks and all materials are included.
