Join the Stars Driving Club. If you are tall enough to reach the pedals of a Mercedes-Benz A-Class or smart fortwo car, then you are old enough to drive at Mercedes-Benz World. Team up with one of the professional driving instructors at this amazing venue and learn driving skills from scratch. Very quickly you'll find your confidence grows so why wait until you're 17 years old to get behind the wheel? As part of a continued programme you can move onto the main circuits where you will be taught extra advanced skills such as skid management and dynamic handling. At this rate you might even want to prepare for your driving test - and yes, they can even do that for you too. To call this site out of this world does it no justice, Mercedes-Benz World is one of just five brand centres in the world. More information

Participant Guidelines: There are no age restrictions. However, any participant must be over 1.5 metres tall (4' 11''). The Mercedes will be an automatic and has dual controls for the instructor to use if necessary.
Weather: Driving would only be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions like ice or heavy rain, when conditions become dangerous.
Duration: The driving experience will last for approximately one hour, approximately 50 minutes of which will be actual driving (depending on the capabilities of the participant) and the remainder will be learning.
Numbers On Day: All in-car driving is on a one-to-one basis with your professional driver.
Spectators: Feel free to bring as many friends or family as you like, to share the excitement (no dogs or rollershoes please). Simulators, classic exhibits, a large showcase of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, cafe, restaurant and a museum help make this a great day out.
Dress Code: Wear practical clothing for the day, with comfortable shoes in which you can walk round and not too chunky (so that you can feel the pedals).
Availability: The experience operates Saturdays, Sundays and most school and bank holidays. Please allow at least six weeks booking notice, especially if you want to come during a bank holiday or a key school holiday time.
