You'll receive tips on mixing dance music from up to four of the Ministry's resident DJs. Providing an insight into the world of dance music, they will guide you through an open decks session and provide priceless advice on the dance music industry and how to market and develop yourself as a DJ. Whether you are an eager beginner or an experienced DJ, this experience can aid progression at every level. Refreshments, a CD goody bag and entry to The Ministry of Sound with 2 VIP guests are also included.

    Availability

    This experience runs on Fridays while the club is closed, approximately once every other month.

    Participant Guidelines

    Minimum age is 18. Everyone is welcome - beginners, intermediate and advanced DJs. Access to the DJ booth, as well as the size and height of the turntables, make it inaccessible to wheelchair users.

    Duration

    Your experience begins with a drinks reception in the VIP Lounge and ends around five hours later.

    Numbers On Day

    Share your experience with a maximum of 32 other budding DJs. There will be up to four djs to instruct the group on the day.

    Spectators

    This experience is specifically designed for paying participants only.

    Dress Code

    Be comfortable with flair, attitude and style; Ministry of Sound is a top London venue for serious clubbers.

    Other Info

    Please bring headphones and a small bag of vinyl or CDs with you. The experience aim is that you will have been taught enough skills to perform a set in the main room at the end of the day.

    Amazing venue, friendly staff and very informative - an unforgettable experience. From the mix of complete novices to semi-professional DJs, everyone enjoyed themselves and came away having learned something new.
