Participant Guidelines
For your safety and enjoyment, participation in some experiences is restricted by age, height, weight etc.
Weather
Some experiences are weather dependent. In this instance we will advise you to call the centre before setting out to check whether conditions are suitable.
Duration
The duration of your experience will depend on which Red Letter Day you choose. Please bear in mind that you may be taking turns with other members of the public.
Numbers On Day
Some Red Letter Days are exclusive; others are shared with a group.

We will advise you of any dress code or restrictions when you make your booking.

If an experience has increased in price since the issue of your pack, you may be required to pay a supplement. The selection is subject to change and all booking is subject to availability.
