We were well looked after, we knew exactly what was planned for the whole day and where to go for lunch, treatments etc, so nothing was awkward, a beautiful, free flowing, relaxing day. nothing was too much trouble and the facilities were excellent. Only reason I did not give 5 stars, I thought the length of time for the therapy treatments was too short as did feel a bit rushed for the Treatments given
A Much-needed Tonic

The run-up tp Christmas is always hectic and I was feeling run-down and stressed. This Red Letter spa day was a much-needed tonic for me and my husband, leaving us feeling relaxed and pampered. The day was well-organised and everything went according to plan, leaving us wanting more!

WE had a wonderful day at Rowhill Grange. excellent treatments by the massage therapists (Nicky and Ellie). Lovely grounds and food. Very attentive staff. My only criticism: the pool was a bit noisy and unrelaxing and there were no proper reclining chairs anywhere. They are all in a fixed position, I would have liked to lie back and have a doze! But otherwise a great place! Thanks!

My wife and daughter went and had a fabulous time and all the staff were attentive and very friendly and helpful which was very encouraging as it was their first time experiencing such an occasion. They both told me the whole day was great fun they were delighted with the welcome and the facilities.

Had a lovely day at Rowhill, beautiful gardens, polite staff, lots to do and came away feeling very relaxed. I would say that you couldn't spend the whole day in just the spa as it isn't very big but they have a gym and plently of food menus and treatments to also do. Facial are a must here, as the best facial ever.

Couldn't possibly think of a better day out, the staff at Rowhill Grange were so warm and welcoming we were treated like stars! The food was amazing and without a doubt better than that of some of londons top restaurants. Only down side was that we had to go home at the end of the day. Would recommend this experience all day long it was truly amazing! Thank you Rowhill Grange and Red Letter Days! What a spot!

The food was wonderful and the service was really good. The beauty treatments were wonderful and in general it was a great experience.
