Excellent Facilities In A Fantastic Setting

My g/f and I have just returned from Rowhill, the Spa facilities were the ideal way to switch off from our hectic lives, while the delicious food and peaceful country setting are worth mentioning too. Definitely a great place to unwind.

The staff were ALL very friendly and helpful, which made a good impression. The location was beautiful and the room very nice. The only thing that was a slight negative point was the back, neck and shoulder massage was only 25 mins, the lowest of three massage durations. It would have been nicer to have the middle length option. Money permitting, I would go back there.

This was a very relaxing enjoyable experience. Staff were very friendly and answered any question and if they did'n't know the answer they looked it up. Facilities were imaculate as were the rooms.

From the moment we arrived we just felt relaxed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, took our bags and showed us to our room. The classic room we stayed in was comfortable and beautiful. Everything was easy to use and find and if we needed any assistance we were able to contact reception. The spa was amazing, the pool was lovely and relaxing, the lighting was just right and there a relaxed atmosphere throughout. The treatment rooms were very well designed, dim lights, soft music, you was made to feel at ease the whole time. Dinner was also very enjoyable. The service of the staff throughout our stay was remarkable, they were helpful, poliet and always available. A fantastic spa break that I would not only do again but also recommend to family and friends.
