Take to the sea aboard Sigma 26ft yachts for an afternoon sailing, perfect whether you'd like the chance to gain some sailing skills in an informal atmosphere or you're just out for a great time on the water. After coffee and biscuits in the clubhouse you will head onto the yacht to be kitted out with your sailing gear and lifejackets and to receive your safety briefing. Your Yachtmaster skipper will introduce you to the basics of sailing, from hoisting the sails to helming and even teach you some sailing jargon. In an amazingly short time you will be sailing your way out onto the open sea, to practise your new found sailing skills. If you're feeling energetic you can put theory into practice and take an active part in the afternoon's sailing, but if you'd rather you can just sit back in the cockpit and let the crew do the hard work while you relax and enjoy an afternoon at sea. All in all it's very civilised approach to a wonderful pastime.
