Availability
Essex classes run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the year. London classes run on Wednesdays and Thursdays. All booking is subject to availability.
Participant Guidelines
Minimum age 14 but please be aware any participants between the ages of 14 and 18 must be accompanied by a voucher holding adult (aged 18 or over).
Duration
Your class will start at either 10am or 2pm (depending on which course you have chosen) and last for approximately three hours.
Numbers On Day
Share the class with up to seven others.
Spectators
Exclusively for those who are booked in, as unfortunately the school has no extra room for spectators.
Dress Code
There is no dress code but we recommend wearing comfortable and closed in shoes. Aprons are provided to protect your clothes whilst cooking.
Other Info
This experience cannot be purchased and booked at the same time. After you have received your Red Letter Days pack, then make a call to discuss your booking requirements and arrange a specific date. A minimum cancellation period of 30 days applies.
