  • About

Starting at Fort William, follow the historic pony track up onto the plateau, aiming to reach the old summit observatory perched on the edge of the huge North face. Expect to deal with all sorts of conditions - it can snow on Ben Nevis for 365 days of the year, however, if the skies are clear, half of Scotland is visible from the summit. Your guide will keep the pace sensible but more experienced walkers have the option of scrambling up and along the narrow ridge of Carn Mor Dearg onto the summit. This challenging day finishes with a hot chocolate and a debrief at the National Ice Climbing centre in Kinlochleven, before rewarding tired limbs with a sauna and steam.

    • A day walking on Britain's highest mountain
    • One-to-one experience with just you and your personal guide
    • Head back to base for a sauna and steam
    • Great for novice and experienced walkers alike
  • Key Info

Available all year round. Please allow at least six weeks advance notice for weekend bookings.
