Availability
9am to 10pm, seven days a week. Allow at least four weeks advance notice for weekend bookings. Book during off-peak periods (weekdays, excluding bank holidays, from March to July and September to January) and get an extra 20 minutes' climbing free.
Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is seven. Parental consent is required for under 16s. There are no weight or height restrictions. Please be aware that you are required to sign and complete a disclaimer on the day before you can participate in your experience.
Duration
Your experience will last for about one and a half hours, including briefings, kit issue and a minimum of one hour 15 minutes in the rock bay. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure a prompt start.
Numbers On Day
A 6:1 ratio of clients to instructors gives the best input and most climbing.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome and can watch from a special viewing area. There is a cafe serving hot and cold drinks and a selection of food.
Dress Code
Please wear tight-fitting sportswear if you have it. Hire of all climbing equipment including footwear is included.

At 1,200 square metres, this is the UK's highest articulated rock climbing wall, featuring a variety of angles to suit beginner and intermediate climbers.
