It couldn't be more simple - squeeze into a wetsuit, safety helmet and old trainers then scramble, climb, swim and cliff jump your way around the St Davids peninsulas spectacular rocky coastline, turning rocks, cliffs, caves and waves into playthings. The jumping is not compulsory but most people like to try it and you don't have to be a good swimmer. It does help if you are happy in the water because there are often crashing waves and when you're in the sea there are many places you will not be able to touch the bottom.
