Availability
Available Thursday to Saturday throughout the year (the venue is closed Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and all bank holidays). Vinopolis will be closed from June to autumn 2012 (following refurbishment).
Participant Guidelines
Alcohol is part of this experience so the minimum age is 18. Disabled customers are welcome; Vinopolis has full wheelchair access.
Duration
Please arrive in good time to Vinopolis reception desk, they will direct you to the restaurant and issue your tour tickets and audio guide. You can browse any time from 12 noon if lunch is booked for later. After lunch, stay as long as you like.
Dress Code
Dress code at the restaurant is smart casual - no trainers please.
Other Info
You must produce your Red Letter Days booking letter at reception on the day. For obvious reasons, driving to Vinopolis is not recommended - it is easily accessible by public transport.
