    Treat your loved ones to a fantastic family day out with this all day Rover ticket. Relax as you experience the marvellous sights, sounds and smells of riding aboard a magnificent steam train through 20 miles of picturesque Somerset coast. Enjoy unlimited travel through 10 stations between Taunton and Minehead, with plenty to see and do at each destination; including a visit to the railway museum, Dunster Castle, Quantock Hills, or a simple walk along the seaside. A great family day out!

    Availability

    Trains operate on selected dates throughout the year, subject to availability (trips are less frequent from November to February but run virtually daily between April and September).

    Participant Guidelines

    This experience is for two adults (aged 16 or over) and up to four children (up to 15). Trains and stations are accessible for wheelchair users.

    Weather

    The weather should not affect this experience, but if conditions are extreme please contact the station before you leave.

    Duration

    Trains run approximately between 10am - 4pm (5pm in the summer).

    Numbers On Day

    Each carriage carries 64 passengers.

    Spectators

    Additional tickets can be bought on the day. Dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £2 each.

    You have unlimited travel and can board and alight as many times you wish throughout the day at a choice of ten destinations between Bishops Lydeard and Minehead. More detailed information will be sent to you upon booking.
