A very special day, wonderful experience from start to finish, we launched from the village of Tissington and then gently floated southeast over Carsington Water. Great views all around and the crew were excellent. Well worth the money.

Although initially the wrong tickets were received (flight for 1 person was received rather than for 2 persons) and a very early start the experience was fantastic. We had no delays due to bad weather etc & the pre flight instructions were clear. The pilot was very informative & made the whole event fun. Thanks

Sunrise Balloon Flight for Two
The best day ever, the saying floating on a cloud really sums it up. The lift off was so graceful it hardly felt you were in the air, until you looked down and realised how high we had risen. The pilot and his 'crew' really looked after us well, very informative and full of tales of previous adventures, it really made the experience the more enjoyable. We will recommend this to everyone. My wife loved her 50th birthday present, she was literally floating on air the rest of the day.

Sunrise Balloon Flight for Two
It was a lovely morning, clear blue sky and little or no wind. We met up at 6am and drove a few miles down the road to the launch site. We all mucked in and got the balloon inflated and we up in the air before 7am. The flight took us over towns villages and countryside and it was amazing floating over the fields and valleys with the only noise the occasional blasts from the burners. Landing was interesting with most fields still under crops and horses in most of the grass fields making these unsuitable to land in, not that we were worried as this was extending our flight. We finally found a small field to land in and before we knew the basket touched down and we jumped out to secure the balloon. When the ballon was packed away we had the champagne and climbed aboard the landrover to return to the pickup site. A wonderful experience made all the more enjoyable by Peter the pilot and the weather that morning.

Sunrise Balloon Flight for Two
Having arrived and still feeling tired things were already under way inflating the ballon. Once in the basket we were up and on our way. With the smooth lift and motion of the ballon in the air our tiredness quickly turned to exhileration and excitement. Our pilot pointed out land marks and was vary humorous. Drinks on board made it such a relaxed atmosphere. With a good landing and everyone mucking in with packing the ballon away was also good fun. The photo of us all in the basket during the flight crowned a great morning out.

We both had the most amazing time. The weather conditions were perfect and our pilot was great. He didn't keep talking but gave us the opportunity to be quiet and reflective if we wanted to be.

Made us feel welcome as soon as we got there, allocated our balloon and postions, really helpful, and more importantly, cheerful at that time of the morning! Talked us through the whole process, also during flight. My wife had reservations beforehand, but after his introduction she felt much more confortable about the whole thing. The champagne finish was seamless and extremely enjoyable.

Fantastic belated Birthday treat as I turned 60 in February. I took my lovely wife along too as we do everything together. The experience was something I always wanted to do and was so good as the crew made us feel confident and secure with them. They let us help with the preperation which I felt made us totally involved and familar with the flight. We had great weather and a problem free flight and landing. The champagne was a bonus at the end and helped celebrate a wonderful experience that I would recomend that everyone should try at least once in the lives.

The flight staff were helpful, skillful, enthusiastic and confident - everything you need to be assured about standing in a wicker basket at 2,900ft! The views were breathtaking and I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience.
