Good gym... good pool/jacuzzi/sauna/steam room facilities and very nice massage and facial. Would recommend it to friends!

Relaxation Day for Two
Had the most amazing day in Bannatyne's spa & health club. The massages and treatments were so relaxing and the staff were very friendly and always happy to help. All the facilities were clean and I didn't feel rushed when using the gym equipment. Small thing was there is no cafe to get food on site, however definitely would go again.

Nice welcome on arrival and tour of the venue, everything clearly explained. The treatments were fab and even managed to add a manicure in at short notice and a reduced price.

Brilliant spa day. Staff were absolutely fantastic very friendly. Wonderful facial and massage we upgraded to a deep tissue massage for an extra £5 well worth it. Would definitely go again!

My mum came with me for our pamper day. It was a brilliant experience that i will be doing again. The staff were wonderfull and made us feel at ease. The spa treatments were amazing. We feel like new women. Its the best relaxation weve ever had!!

What a great day to invigorate us after a long winter. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. We swam, went in the gym and had a very nice very reasonably priced lunch before we even got to the treatments which were sheer bliss. A fantastic day which will be repeated!

Relaxation Day for Two
My friend and I had a lovely relaxing day - no stress at all! Spent the morning swimming, in the steam room and the sauna. Followed by a delicious lunch then the PAMPERING began! Fanastic massage and luxury facial!! Could not fault the service at all and would recomend this to anyone, and we are definitely going back

Fantastic day at the health spa. Facilities all clean and new. Staff very friendly and cafe bar great for relaxing with a coffee. The Facial and massage were superb. Extremely relaxing and throroughly enjoyable. Check out the water beds in the relaxation room!!! The whole day was fantastic!!! A must for all mums!!!!

My sister and I had a briiliant day at the Broadstairs Bannatyne Health Club in February. We attended two fitness classes of our choice had a fantastic swim in the sun in the outdoor pool, used all the facilities which included the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and had an amazing Elemis facial and back, neck and shoulder massage and then relaxed on the amazing heated beds is the relaxation room. The staff were helpful and friendly and it was a fantasitc day to be remembered by us both.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time spent here. At everywhere contact point, reception, pool, massage room and the cafe the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. This experience is one we certainly wish to repeat!

The spa day was truly an unforgettable day. I brought it for my nans birthday and she absolutely loved it. We will definitely being doing it again. The treatments were heavenly, the bannatyne health club was lovely the staff were very friendly & welcoming & everything in the health club was perfect we spent the whole day their & didnt want to leave it was an amazing day very very pleased with everything.

Treat ourselves annually as not too close to home. Clean well apointed facilities. Excellent and extremely reasonable coffee/snack bar. Nice small omelette 2.95. Massage,facial and head massage excellent. Will come again. One small niggle wanted to join in the oldies excercise class but the instructor was just wandering around and giving brief instructions as if everyone new what she meant. The classes I attend locally the instructor demonstrates throughout the whole routines and encourages you to push it a bit more by doing so. The other is your leaflet says gowns provided, Confirmation letter says gowns to hire a £1, when we got there it was £2 per gown, not a problem just be nice to know as we left most of our money in the car.

Relaxation Day for Two
Really enjoyed the day relaxing with my mum, the spa treatments were luvly and the beauticians are very helpfull and friendly. The gym was nice but the pool/pool area was a let down (we went to Milton Keynes), the pool was quite small and there was only a couple of louges to use. The hot tub was nice when u could find a space. All in all we enjoyed our day but may look for a more all around spa feel location next time.
