Great fun, I took my teenagers and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Simon who took the course was very nice and helpful and made it all seem so easy. Brought home a load of fab chocolates too.
What A Fantastic Experience
The Chocolate Heaven Workshop was simply fantastic. The attendees were given a history of chocolate while sampling the chocolate fountain, before going on to produce our own truffles. It was messy, sticky, brilliant fun. I purchased the experience as part of my wife's 50th birthday gift, and our two teenage daughters came along too. We haven't stopped talking about it since we got home. Thank you for a great session.
I Was Certainly In Chocolate Heaven
Great day with just the right size class. Help was on hand if needed but were allowed to get on with it if you felt confident enough. The chocolatier and his assistant were amusing as well as informative. Definitely recommend this to anyone who likes chocolate.
Chocolate + Celebrating Birthday = Delicious Fun
Fabulous and exciting, lots of laughs with my friend and delicious fun. It smelt so good just arriving at the door and all brilliantly organised with an enthusiastic and humorous presenter for the few hours ... the choc fountain was a great way to start the experience, finishing with our own beautiful bags of truffles - I still can't believe I made them all! They were perfect (well nearly!).
It was organised very well and the three guys who were in charge on the day were very helpful and informative. It was a very laid back atmosphere which made the experience memorable and enjoyable. I would recommend it because you get really involved in the making of your chocolates but also come out with a lot of chocolates.
Great Gift For Chocoholics
Interesting and creative few hours - really good fun, especially as it was done with a good sense of humour! Can now impress with my new chocolate delights at dinner parties!
I arrived at the venue and instantly smelt the chocolate! Heaven! Great afternoon out, staff were brilliant and always on hand to help and give advice. Nice size groups on each table. I went on my own and it was great, so the experience can be enjoyed on your own or as a group. We got to eat as much chocolate as we wanted as we were making it! I made roughly 40 chocs. Can't wait for my friends to sample them. You get taught how to present the chocs and tips on how to make more at home. So I am now off to buy my ingredients to make some more! :)
Delicious Fun For A Chocolate Lover
This was the perfect experience for a chocolate lover! I arrived at the very swish London venue to be greeted with a warm welcome by the chocolatier. It was very friendly and informal and we all tucked into the chocolate fountain. The very knowledgeable and bubbly chocolatier shared really interesting facts about chocolate before demonstrating the chocolate making process. It was so much fun as we worked in pairs to create some delicious and beautifully presented ganaches with all different toppings. I was so proud of my creations and took lots of photographs. I had the opportunity to take away recipes and ingredients for all of the chocolates I am now going to practice making at home! A most wonderful day, must be experienced!
Totally Exceeded All My Expectations
I was impressed from start to finish. Each stage was clearly demonstrated in a very friendly manner and we were then able to go away and have a go ourselves until the next demonstration. The lady taking the course had a very gentle manner and obviously knew her chocolate but she made it all such fun and it was most informative. The 2 and a half hours went by very quickly and I came away with over 50 truffles covered in chocolate, cocoa, nuts and icing. We were also given the materials to wrap and present the truffles in a package of our choice. I would not hesitate to recommend this workshop to family and friends and can't wait to have a go at home myself.
Great Day Out To Be Enjoyed With Friends
I booked this for 5 of us, a real girlie morning. Have to say venue was nice, clean and well organised. Chocolate making experience was great, I would strongly recommend taking friends, the more the merrier. You get to take away what you made, so the experience lives on!!

I really enjoyed the afternoon of chocolate making. As well as a variety of truffles (I took home 50!) we were also shown how to make mint crisps and were able to eat the chocolate fountain. It was well organised, and informative. It was also very popular - we had a few more than the average number of participants but there was still plenty of time for questions and lots of materials! Very enjoyable experience.
The Day I Became A Chocolatier!
I arrived to a friendly greeting and delicious chocolate samples in the waiting room. Just a hint of what lay in store. There were 17 of us at the workshop and the layout gave us plenty of room to work. The morning was really informative with good demonstrations and clear instructions. The whole process was broken down into steps so even the most daunting task was made interesting, fun and achievable. The chocolate, very much the star of the show, was absolutely delicious and hand licking was inevitable! At the end of the morning, all of us had produced chocolates to be proud of, which looked as if they had been made by professionals.
l had a great time. The chocolatier was very informative about the history of chocolate and the process in which it gets from beans to a bar of chocolate. He was a friendly person and made it clear that we were going to have fun as well as make delicious chocolates. We did that, it was so funny, so messy but l think that everybody in the class had a great time and we were able to come home with some truly delicious chocolates. Great Birthday present from my daughter.

What can I say, I love chocolate and what a great idea to make and eat chocolate all day. I went with my Dad who is also a big fan of chocolate, it was a birthday present, and we both learnt something about our favourite food whilst having a great time. Would recommend to anyone. The day was superb, the London location was exquisite and the chocolatier was welcoming, friendly and made the day a real experience with his vast knowledge and passion for chocolate. This was the perfect first wedding anniversary gift for my husband and it was lovely to take chocolates we had made together home and share them with family and friends. We have learnt new skills and plan to try the recipes ourselves. A lovely day. Thank you Red Letter Days!
One Of The Most Exciting Days I Have Had
The choccy day was truly amazing and I would most definitely recommend going for one of these workshops. The chef was really good and made the whole experience even better. Nice Location and gorgeous chocolate to eat there and take home. I absolutely loved it.
A Birthday I Will Always Remember!
This was a great session where all of us came back and said WOW! Great opportunity to see chocolate for up to 4 hours and come home knowing more about the chocolate and how to make your own truffles. The chocolatier made everyone feel important and as if they could do the job! It was great being able to bring something back as a memory to share with friends and family. Definitely a 30th birthday to remember!
A Must For All Chocoholics
Imagine dipping your hands in melted chocolate and being given instructions to lick as much as you want from your fingers once you've coated your chocolates. Chocoholic heaven!

A fantastic day with lots of chocolate to eat along the way. Made loads of chocolates to take home and learnt a lot. The best bit - dipping our hands into the molten chocolate for covering the truffles! Not only did it taste good, but my hands smelt of gorgeous chocolate for several hours after. A great reminder of a really fun afternoon.
My boyfriend and I found the experience extremely well organised. The atmosphere was nice and friendly. In addition, the chef was very funny and made the lesson very enjoyable.
