  • About

French doctors used to prescribe it to women with broken hearts, we've always had a love affair with this sweet sticky substance and there are definitely times girls have preferred to get their comfort from chocolate rather than people. Come and visit a tasty chocolate workshop with a master chocolatier. Sample the chocolate fountain and make your own truffle fillings, dip truffles into Belgian chocolate and decorate. Will they be as tasty to eat as they are delicious to feast your eyes upon? Find out as you are welcome to take at least 20 of your own creations home with you at the end of the experience.

    • Start with an informative talk on the history of chocolate
    • Sample the gorgeous chocolate fountain at some venues
    • Get creative filling and decorating your own finest quality Belgian chocolates
    • Take home plenty of the chocolates pieces you have created

Everything you need to know about chocolate and more! I hated history at school but it was brilliant to find out how the humble choc bar came about from a very knowledgable and passionate teacher. Plus I loved the make and do section where you ended up taking home your own chocolates. You were'nt rushed and you were even given giftboxes and ribbon to put your chocolates in. My sister and mum came with me and we all enjoyed it. Plus the marshmallows and chocolate fountain were simply divine - I have never tasted chocolate so good before. A must for any chocoholic.

    Fabulous Time!

What a brilliant way to spend an afternoon. Met new chocoholics and learnt how to make simple but delicious chocolate truffles. Perfect choice of experience for anyone young or old. You go at your own pace and there is no rush or fuss. I made over 40 chocolates so can share (well I'll try and share!!) them with family and friends. Also with the new knowledge I can make loads more at home too. Definitely considering booking in again for my Mum's birthday!! Well worth it. Don't hesitate, book it....you'll love it.

    Great Fun

The whole morning was great fun. It was well organised, the chocolatier was very informative and helpful, and everyone enjoyed making their truffles. I made about 40, and they looked surprisingly professional once we had decorated and wrapped the chocolates. My family love the truffles as much as I do! A great day!

    Chocolate Workshop

A thoroughly enjoyable experience with a good balance of hands on experience and providing useful information. The chocolatier gave us useful hints and tips and made you feel at ease with the tasks we were asked to perform. There was good audience participation and Q&A sessions with some light hearted humour. Great idea for the hen party group who had arrived. The fact that we could wrap the chocolates and give away as presents was a great idea and my work colleagues thought they tasted scrumptious especially since they were handmade by me personally. Great location and the timing was perfect. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience of Chocolate Heaven.

    Truly Chocolate Heaven!

Fab afternoon making chocolates. Suprisingly straightforward and good fun. The hotter your hands, the messier it got. Came away with about 30 chocolates in gift bags for friends and family. Learnt a lot and the tutor was excellent.

    Chocolate Workshop

I was on my own but it didn't matter I had a great time. I was paired up witha lovely girl called Kate and we helped each other make our fab delicious truffles. There was a mini chocolate fountain that we could tuck into for the duration of the workshop. The chocolatier we had was brilliant. He had a great sense of humour and was helpful and fun. He had a great knowledge and enthusiasm for chocolate and shared some funny stories. I found I had hot hands and maybe I won't make a chocolatier but I still managed to make scrummy chocolates. I made about 30 chocolates, but depending on the size you make them you could probably take away between 30 and 40. You get to wrap them beautifully and can give them as gifts or keep them all for yourself! Recommended for something fun and a little bit different.

    It Really Is Chocolate Heaven!!

    Chocolate Workshop

This experience was fantastic - just enough history of chocolate to be interesting without boring, and the best bit... getting up to your elbows in chocolate! You get to wrap up and take home your chocolates, as well as eating as much chocolate as you can handle during the day! Great fun and great memories...I'll definitely be going back next year!
