This was bought as a present for me and my boyfriend. I am a huge chocolate fan and this was perfect, but whether you are a big chocolate fan or not, this is a great experience. Our teacher, Chris was brilliant. He gave a talk about chocolate which was informative and he made it fun too and we had the opportunity to try some chocolate including a chocolate fountain which we were free to eat throughout the morning. He showed us how to make truffles step by step and at no point were we ever felt rushed or under pressure. Everything was provided, aprons, materials, ingredients and gift bags to put our chocolates in at the end of the workshop. The time flew by because we had such a good time. It was an opportunity to have some fun together, produce some very professional looking chocolates, make a mess and not have to tidy up at the end of it! We would definitely do this again! No stress or hassle, just good fun! Thanks!

We had such a good day. It was so much fun and we made some beautiful chocolates but the person who really made the whole experience so much fun was our teacher who was so knowledgeable and friendly and a bit of a comedian!

I am finding hard to think of any improvement. we enjoyed it very much. The only thing I would say is, when rolling the centres into balls we/everyone said the same thing, we could have done with a seperate tray to put the rolled ones on as everything was a bit tight for space. But lets be honest, if that id all I can think of then there's not much wrong with it is there!!! Thoroughly enjoyable, and the organisers were great fun.

It was amazing and Ruth was just brilliant! The chocolate tasted awesome and we want to go back again to learn more! When do you get the chance to have your hands (gloved) in a bath of hot chocolate and just pour it over more chocolate! We ate some of our goodies on the way home - we just couldn't resist any longer!!

From the time we got there and Simon introduced himself till the time we left I think everyone there loved the day. He made it seem so easy for us to make our own truffles - and at the end they looked and tasted fabulous. It was lovely that we could take our truffles home in little bags to show our family and friends - just like the ones we buy in the shops!! The chocolate fountain which run the whole time we were there was yummy! He made the whole day interesting and fun.

    Really Good Fun

Great fun, easy to follow instructions and presentation bags to take home were a good touch. Too many people round the chocolatiers table though so couldn't always see what was being demonstrated.

So Much Fun - And Educational Too!!!

I went to Bournemouth for this with my Husband, although I was unsure as to whether it would be as particularly suited to him as it would be to me. I need not have worried! We both had great fun, learnt lots and took some fab truffles home to enjoy. We both share a new-found love for Dark Chocolate that we never had before. The Chocolatier there was extremely knowledgable and very welcoming - you couldn't have wished for a better host. We would recommend this as we both thoroughly enjoyed our Red Letter Day!!!

    Fun Experience!!!

Wow Me and My 15 year old Daughter went to the chocolate heaven workshop kensington. Easy to find a 2 minute walk from tube. nice surroundings. Our teacher was really knowledgeable and helpful. So was His assistant. We really enjoyed the morning and meet some great people. We would love to do this again and will highly recommend others book this experience. We brought home about 30 chocolate truffles each of a fairly good size. I have given a few to friends and family they have said its the best chocolate they have tasted. We both felt proud of our chocolates. Thank You

    Chocolate Workshop for Two

I attended the workshop with my partner who doesn't normally enjoy these type of things but even he had a thoroughly enjoyable chocolate experience! It was interesting to learn about how truffles are made, and it was great to get stuck in and make a mess with the chocolate. The only point I would like to make is that I don't think there could have been any more people attending the workshop because it was already a little bit crowded. However, it was still great fun and good value for money.

Great Messy Time Had By All!
