You'll begin in true celeb style with a glass of champagne (at selected salons) as you meet your expert stylist. You'll chat through ideas and talk about your personal style, and your stylist will assess your face shape and colour palette to make sure that your new 'do is just right. Then you'll have a luxury conditioning treatment and your stylist will cut and blow-dry your hair. You'll also get a little extra treat, which varies at the different salons; in London you'll have a manicure in the beauty room and in Scotland and Newcastle you'll get a relaxing head massage.
