I had an amazing time at Savannah and was totally put at ease from the moment I walked in. I had a chat with Katie D and we talked about what style I wanted. Sophie then gave me Savannah Spa treatment which was a relaxing head massage and conditioning treatments for my hair followed by a lovely hand and arm massage. Katie then set to work on my hair and was so friendly it was like I had known her ages! She gave me tips of good restaurants and bars too. I am absolutely thrilled with my new re-style and had such a fantastic time at the salon that I will probably go back again next year (I live in Manchester). I have had lots of positive comments about my hair. I was totally pampered and had a wonderful time there. I also left with a little goody bag. Thank you to all for my special day!

Went to the salon, which was modern, fresh and smelled amazing. I met my stylist who asked my opinion on my hair and what type of routine and styles I usually do, he was then able to shed some light on a hair problem I have and he recommended a style. Then I had my hair washed, a scalp massage while I had my hair treatment on, the scalp massage was so relaxing and actually gave me goosebumps! I had as much tea as I could drink and got to relax with a magazine while I waited on my stylist. Then he cut my hair, and showed me how to blow dry my hair in the new style. Once it was dry he showed me couple of styling tips to put it up and helped me pick my styling products. I left feeling refreshed and glamorous.

I bought this for my daughters 21st birthday and managed to get an appointment on the exact day. From the moment we walked in the staff were really friendly. We were given refreshments all through the experience. My daughter loved her hair and so did i and i would like to say a special thank you to Grace the stylist...you were amazing!!! Want to book this again and have one myself....worth every penny

Would definitely recommend this to any one who likes getting pampered, wants a nice new hair do. The salon was lovely and all the staff were real friendly and nice. The head massage was lush and all the products used on your hair are top notch! My stylist dave was great he talked me through what he would do to give my hair a new look without cutting too much length off. It was lovely, real pleased with it. This Red Letter Day experience may appear on my birthday wish list every year!

I really enjoyed the Charles Worthington hair styling experience. My husband booked the day for my birthday. I was treated like a princess from the moment I left but most importantly of all I gained a beautiful new hair do which a few people have commented on (especially my husband). I was treated to lovely drinks with snacks and the head massage after the shampoo helped me relax from the beginning. The hairdresser discussed first what would suit me and what I wanted - she was great because my hair is really unruly but she designed a style that makes it really manageable. While I was having my hair done, my nails were done and now they look absolutely beautiful: I feel like a new woman! I especially liked the relaxed atmosphere as the music wasn't too loud like in some salons and I wasn't treated like just another customer: staff were lovely. The session was excellent value for money: apart from a great new hair do, I got good advice hair treatment, lovely nails, and a goodie bag.

I strongly recommend this experience. The staff were lovely and so helpful. I had my hair cut and re-styled. It looks wonderful.The stylist was brilliant and knew exactly what I wanted. I had a really great time. Everyone was very friendly and I got a glass of champagne and fruit squewers when i arrived. My stylist was very friendly and gave me heaps of suggestions for my hair. I had my nails manicured while I was having my hair cut so I felt like an important person. I reall had a great time.

This was a treat as I work two jobs and have only had two days off in six months, so to say I was looking forward to the day would be an understatement. It was worth the wait, from the moment I stepped through the door I was treated like I was the only person in the salon. My head massage was fantastic and the staff lovely. The stylist who did my consultation and then my hair cut the funniest and most professional hairdresser I have ever had the pleasure of having cut my hair. The whole experience was wonderful, leaving me feel the most relaxed I have felt in a long time. Would highly recommend it!

The staff were delightful and could not have done more to make this a really special experience. The cut is wonderful and my nails were effortlessly done whilst I indulged in cappuccino, flapjacks, fresh fruit and pink champagne. I left feeling very special.

I was greeted with a smile when I arrived, asked if I would like a drink and made comfortable. My stylist soon appeared and showed me to my styling seat and chatted very entusiastically about how we should go about cutting and styling my hair. We both agreed about the style I should go for and I was very pleased with the result. The stylist was such a cheerful, bubbly person and it made the experience all the nicer. After the hairdo I had a relaxing time having my nails done and the whole experience was wonderful and made me feel very special.

From the moment I arrived I was treated like a VIP!! At one stage I had the stylist blow drying my hair, the manicurist doing my nails and a junior bring me a tray of tea. I felt like a Movie Star!! My time at the salon was more than just getting your hair and nails done, it was a real pampering experience and I was made to feel very special.

Everything about this gift was perfect ... the salon was amazing and my stylist was so friendly and gave me the hairstyle I wanted with some great advice along the way. My manicure was brill and the fruit skewers in between were the cherry on top! I also walked away with some goodies to keep my hair looking fab.

When I arrived at the salon, the staff were very friendly. I was taken over to 'Dave' my stylist for introductions and a discussion of what style I would like. I was then taken for an Indian head massage before the styling. All the staff very very friendly and made sure I had a very enjoyable experience.
