A Wonderful And Relaxing Day
I was greeted with a smile when I arrived, asked if I would like a drink and made comfortable. My stylist soon appeared and showed me to my styling seat and chatted very entusiastically about how we should go about cutting and styling my hair. We both agreed about the style I should go for and I was very pleased with the result. The stylist was such a cheerful, bubbly person and it made the experience all the nicer. After the hairdo I had a relaxing time having my nails done and the whole experience was wonderful and made me feel very special.
This Was A 'Five Star Treatment' Day
From the moment I arrived I was treated like a VIP!! At one stage I had the stylist blow drying my hair, the manicurist doing my nails and a junior bring me a tray of tea. I felt like a Movie Star!! My time at the salon was more than just getting your hair and nails done, it was a real pampering experience and I was made to feel very special.

Everything about this gift was perfect ... the salon was amazing and my stylist was so friendly and gave me the hairstyle I wanted with some great advice along the way. My manicure was brill and the fruit skewers in between were the cherry on top! I also walked away with some goodies to keep my hair looking fab.
The salon was wonderful. The stylists were so friendly and helpful. Offered loads of advice and really made me feel at ease. It was like being a celebrity for a while, having hair done, getting nails painted, all while sipping champagne!

Movie Star Style Treatment
I had a really lovely day being preened and pampered. All the staff were friendly and helpful including my stylist who made me look and feel very glamorous!
When I arrived at the salon, the staff were very friendly. I was taken over to 'Dave' my stylist for introductions and a discussion of what style I would like. I was then taken for an Indian head massage before the styling. All the staff very very friendly and made sure I had a very enjoyable experience.
Excellent service in the salon, all the staff were lovely and as excited as I was that I had a Red Letter Day experience booked there. My stylist was very helpful (and thrilled when I said I wanted my long hair cut short)!! The champagne and fresh fruit skewers were delicious and made me feel very special. At the end of the experience I was talked through my complimentary products and told that they looked forward to seeing me again.
Most Enjoyable Haircut I Have Had In A Long Time
The staff were very friendly and the champagne a unique pleasure as my hair was styled. I have had a lot of comments and for once my husband and children all liked the new look.
One Of The Best Gifts I Could Have Wished For
I have been in and out of hospital for the past 6 months and haven't felt well enough to have any pampering. My husband bought me this gift for Valentine's Day and it set me a goal of getting well enough to have it done in the spring. I got to the salon and was greeted straight away by a really friendly girl who offered me a glass of champagne. I then got whisked off to have a lovely manicure and polish whilst the hair stylist asked me about my hair and what I wanted. She was a really friendly girl and we had a nice chat whilst she did my hair and I drank the champagne! I love my new hair style and the products that were given to me at the end should really help me to maintain it in the coming weeks. All in all this was a fantastic experience and good value for money.
Lovely birthday treat. I am a bit rubbish at doing my hair and never know what to ask for and sometimes feel intimidated at fancy hairdressers. Charles Worthington are smart and trendy but the staff make you feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door. I was offered a drink then met my stylist who took time to talk to me about my hair, face shape, colours and made suggestions about style ideas. I then had my nails done, drank pink champagne and had my hair styled into a lovely trendy new shape. Brilliant experience - go and do it!

I really enjoyed the whole experience. I went with my daughter who also had a Red Letter Day at Charles Worthington's. The staff where really friendly and put you at ease. We were offered refreshments throughout our time there. We talked through how we wanted our hair and what was best for face shape and skin colour. We also had a manicure which was nice. We both left happy and with styles neither of us have had before (which we can both do at home). We are also planning to return.
Treated Like A Celebrity!
Had a wonderful time at Charles Worthington in London, mostly thanks to my wonderful stylist Sean. Came out of there looking fabulous. The best hairstyle I've ever had!
Treated like a VIP from start to finish. Stylist was excellent and really listened to what I had to say. Had lovely cut and manicure and lots of goodies to take home.
From the minute my friend and I walked through the door we felt very special, the service we received was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We were offered endless drinks and snacks.
Unbelievable Pampering - I Felt Like Star!!
Wow - what an experience. From the moment I arrived to when I left there was non stop attention and I was made to feel special indeed. A whole new experience for me that I want to repeat again and again.
I Was Thoroughly Spoiled And Utterly Pampered
On arrival I had coffee, snacks, good papers and magazines to read. Whilst having my hair consultation and colour reading, I sipped champagne and had delicate snacks to nibble. This was followed by a head massage, cut and blow dry along with good conversation. The whole experience was concluded with a manicure and as I departed I received some products to try and recreate the experience here at home. I'd like to thank my stylist for her professionalism and turning what can at best be described as 'straw' into silky, stylish and flowing hair.
This really did make for a truly wonderful day. From the moment I arrived it felt like everyone genuinely really wanted me to have a unforgettable time. Thanks to everyone.
The hair stylist and all at the salon were very friendly. I came away with a generous goody bag, beautifully manicured nails and a new hairstyle which even my husband admired!
All the staff were incredibly friendly, and looked after my every need. After discussing my ideal hair style, I had a rejuvenating moisturising hair treatment. Whilst having a champagne cocktail my hair was styled, and my nails were manicured. It felt fantastic. Whilst waiting for my nails to dry I had another champagne cocktail, with mini fruit kebabs, and was given my free goodies which were especially chosen for me. I would recommend the experience to everyone who would like to be pampered.
Had a really good day, don't really like going to the hair dressers, so this was a bit of a challenge for me and for the stylist that was going to do my hair. Not really knowing how to have it cut, he offered me lots of different ideas I left it in his hands and didn't realise how good my hair could actually look. I was made to feel really welcome from the time that I arrived to the time that I left. It was a really fabulous day and can't wait to go back again.
I came out of Charles Worthington's with a complete new style - and it was great!!
