Get a great new look at a cutting-edge hair salon and meet with expert stylists who will chat through ideas and talk about personal styles as well as assessing face shape to make sure that the new hairdo is just right. Then enjoy a luxury conditioning treatment, haircut and blow-dry. There will be a little extra treat which varies at the different salons - in London receive a fingers or toes shape and polish and in Tyne and Wear or the beauty room in Scotland, get a relaxing head massage. Take away a goody bag to re-create great new looks at home.

A variety of salons each have limited date allocation. Most get extremely busy on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays.

Men and women are welcome. All ages too, but under 18s must bring a parent or guardian.

Duration

The length of time that you're in the salon will depend on the length of your hair and the styles you go for. As a guide you can expect to be there for between one and three hours - your stylist won't be rushed.

Charlie Miller

I cannot begin to thank the staff at Charlie Miller's salon. My 2 daughters, Emma 12 and Caitlin 10 were made to feel like royalty by all the staff who looked after them. From a head massage, to picking a style for each of them, they havent stopped raving about it! My wife and i left them there for couple of hours and went for lunch at a lovely italian place just across the street. We thought the girls would have called us wanting us to wait with them but they had the time of their lives there. Once again many thanks to all involved in making a truly wonderful Red Letter Days experience.
