Good massage and facial, the facial could have been a bit more intense. But over all very relaxing.

This was our first visit to a city Champneys. I had painful shoulders and the massage just eradicated them. My daughter and I have been doing our own grading on spa centres and treatments. The massage was second to none.

I was at champneys for almost an hour and a half and completely forgot about any stress outside. As i received a massage and facial i felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep! Afterwards my skin continued to feel rejuvenated and I felt amazing, would definitely go back there.

Was a very relaxing experience. I felt thoroughly spoilt at the end and my back was much better. I loves the products used on my face and my skin felt lovely at the end and for the rest of the day.

RED LETTER DAY STAFF MADE THE WHOLE PROCEDURE OF BOOKING VERY EASY, AND I WOULD DEFINITLEY BE GIVING RED LETTER DAY CARDS AS GIFTS IN THE FUTURE.

Having a 6 month old baby I was looking forward to this treat for a while and it didn't disappoint! The Champneys centre was beautiful and staff very friendly. The back neck and shoulder massage attempted to get rid of the many knots in my shoulders and the facial was divine...I nearly fell asleep I was so relaxed. Completed the day with a shopping trip around lovely Bath. Lovely day.

This was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone. I was pampered for an hour and a half and felt extremely relaxed when I left. Everone at Champneys were very friendly and I will definitely be returning!

Amazing time! They really made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The facial was very relaxing and they analysed my skin and used products needed i can honestly say my skin looked and felt younger! The massage was really good to - left feeling spoilt, relaxed and ready to face the kids again!!

I hadn't been for a facial before or had a professional massage so I didn't know what to expect. It was absolutely amazing, the room was very ambient and it was sooo relaxing I struggled not to doze off. The facial was such a great experience and the massage fantastic. I couldn't recommend it more as a treat for someone who really needs a serious pamper! Brilliant.

The staff were polite and friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease from the first. The venue was peaceful and calming which added to the total experience. My therapist was very professional and answered all my questions and my massage and facial was relaxing and rejuvenating I enjoyed it so much I booked another before leaving.
