Chocolate Wrap Body Treatment

As a single mother with two children I don't spoil myself, so when a friend gave me a voucher I was a bit nonplussed. I arrived and was taken into a room where a calm, lovely woman rubbed me with sugar, put chocolate all over my face, massaged my head, took the sugar off and rubbed cocoa butter into my skin. For 90 minutes I was completely taken care of and felt all as if the world was a million miles away! To top it off, she then gave me some hot chocolate to drink. I had forgotten how good that could taste! I still feel relaxed and indulged days later. This is an experience I can't recommend highly enough.

I bought this experience for my best friend's 30th, so the 2 of us could have a pampering day! Was amazing, we got out very relaxed, pampered and I found the treatment really working on my skin!

I wasn't sure I'd heard my sister properly when she told me that she'd bought me a chocolate wrap and massage for my birthday. I thought she was mad! But a quick internet search informed me that chocolate wraps are used to condition the skin and draw out impurities. And so it was that I found myself walking into an oasis of tranquility during a hectic period in my life. Outside, it might have been cold and rainy but as I lay on a (possibly heated) massage table - a cocoa aroma wafting over me - I was transported to the land of my chocolate-filled dreams. As the wrap took effect, my face and head were massaged and my skin treated; I felt bad about wasting the chocolate as I showered afterwards, but a long massage eased away my guilt. I felt totally at peace.

From entering the spa the whole experience was lovely. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly. The experience itself was great - I think I even nodded off to sleep! If I had the money, I'd get it done regularly.

I brought this for my fiancee for Valentine's day (as she is a chocoholic this was an ideal gift) although she didn't use it until July when we were getting married as she wanted it as a pre-wedding treat. I bought two of these so she could take someone else with her. She was really pleased with the result and for days after kept saying how soft her skin felt. She would definitely do this again as a special treat.
