Great food at the restaurant, and good seats at the show, the night out exceeded our expectations and comes highly recommended.
Fantastic Day! We Thoroughly Enjoyed Everything!
We arrived at the Radisson Hotel near Leicester Square for lunch, and we were welcomed instantly, it was really lovely, the lunch delicious, and the surroundings were excellent. The staff were so helpful, and arranged for a taxi to take us straight to the theatre. The play 'The Woman in Black' was very interesting, the actors were very good and we were very pleased with our seats as they were in perfect position. Overall it was a very memorable day and we will do this again!
The start of our Red Letter night was fantastic - a two course meal at Dial restaurant which was very relaxed and we were made to feel very special. Then on to the show 'Chicago' with great seats and fantastic cast, it was a night to remember. Well worth the Red Letter Days experience.
My wife and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary this year, and our sons selected Red Letter Days to provide an unforgettable evening for us. They chose a pre-theatre dinner, and the top price seats at the Criterion Theatre to see the '39 Steps'. Our expectation and excitement was more than fulfilled. We arrived at Bertorelli's in Frith Street, to be welcomed, and assured that all the arrangements had been made. After a delicious meal, we walked the few minutes to the theatre where we were presented with literally, to my view, the best seats in the house. Red Letter Days fulfilled their promises. We had a really special experience, and our boys are delighted that they were able to give us a fantastic night out that we will never forget.
I went with my sister to see 'Blood Brothers', with an Italian meal. Meal - we couldn't fault it. Lots of choices, choose two courses off a three couse menu. You wasn't hurried, service was great. Went to the theatre box office to collect tickets 1/2 hour before show - just gave name and was given them. Had very good view. Show was very very good with a standing ovation at the end. Thank you Red Letter Days for a most enjoyable day out, can't wait for another one!
I Remembered Why I Enjoy Live Theatre
I did not realise that Red Letter Days could include theatre and dinner so when my son bought one for my birthday, I was pleasently surprised. The Woman in Black was excellent fun - not too scary. The meal was exceptional. They even let me have extra hot chocolate sauce on my ice cream! Bertorelli's will be getting another visit from us.
Wow oh wow. You've made my day. This was for my girlfriend's birthday. She was excited before hand, let alone buzzing for days after. We saw 'Grease' and all the actors were professional and the choreography was perfect to the tee. I wasn't thinking that I would personally enjoy this but was totally astounded by the performance.
I bought this as a present for my friend's 18th birthday. The meal was absolutely delicious, and the show was incredible - especially as we were row N of the stalls! We both had an amazing time, with lots of memories and pictures to take from it.
A Fantastic Way To Experience A Show!
From arriving at the restaurant for our choice of meal, to leaving the show after an excellant performance, I can honestly say that we were looked after superbly. Everything from original booking to final completion was a breeze and I would highly recommend this to anyone. It was a great gift to have received and I would certianly like to receive a Red Letter Days experience again.
Superb Meal And Excellent Musical
The Creation Restaurant was most hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. Attentive and polite and meal was superb. 'We Will Rock You' was everything my sister and I expected and more!!! Sore throats and deafness on the tube on the way home, but worth it. Am recommending the show to everyone I see!
Great 30Th Birthday Present From Our Friends
We started the night at Bertorellis Italian restaurant, this involved a two course meal, we chose a beautiful mozzarella, tomato, avocado and rocket salad, and then a tuscan style sausage casserole. The portion sizes were good and the quality of food and service were excellent. We then walked to our choice of show, which was the 39 Steps at The Criterion Theatre, the show very entertaining, funny and with the theatre being small in size the atmosphere made the night. The show consisted of a main cast of four, who were excellent, and this show is definitely a must see. The whole Red Letter Days experience was very good as it took all the headache out of booking a separate show and meal. The locations of both the restaurant and the show were ideal. I would recommend Red Letter Days as both a gift and an experience to buy yourself.
We had the most unforgettable evening, the Kenilworth Hotel was outstanding for service and food, we will go there again. 'We Will Rock You' was the best musical we have ever seen. Fantastic Evening From Start To Finish
Our evening started with a light two course meal within Kenilworth Hotel at the Creation Resturant, the service and food was excellent, and staff were very friendly. Then we have a 5 minute walk to the theatre with no queue to pick up tickets, and in we went. Oh what a show - 'We Will Rock You' was action packed from the minute it started, with all the favourite Queen hits being sung. The singers were fantastic and really got into the parts - you could tell they were enjoying themselves as much as we were watching them. Definitely a show I would see again and again.
Fantastic Christmas Present - In July!
At last - our kids are teating us! Great Christmas present from our kids which we decided to take during the summer. It was good to look forward to such a lovely present of a meal and night at the theatre in London. We decided to make a weekend of it and so stayed overnight. Had a wonderful afternoon in Covent Garden and then went to Bertorellis Restaurant for a very nice meal which set us up before seeing an amazing and very funny show - Stomp! Everything about our trip went smoothly; on arrival in the restaurant we received excellent service and had plenty of time to enjoy our meal before collecting our tickets just before the show started. A really thoughtful present from our children, far better than slippers and socks!
We had a marvellous time. The dinner was fantastic and the show superb. We will definitely go to see it again. We were very impressed with how efficient the Red Letter Days service was and that the restaurant and box office had our reservation and tickets all ready for us.
A Really Outstanding Evening
After a pleasant afternoon in London we arrived at the Kenilworth Hotel for our pre-theatre dinner in the Creation Restaurant. The staff were most attentive and, aware of our trip to the theatre after dinner, seated us a few minutes early and served our meal promptly and efficiently. The choice was limited on the Table d'Hote menu but we both found starters and a main course which we enjoyed. The food was hot and delicious, a most enjoyable experience. It was only a short walk to the Dominion Theatre for We Will Rock You and our tickets, in the Circle, were waiting for us when we arrived. A drink in the bar and then a truly exciting show with a fantastic atmosphere. The performances were full of energy and the familiar music added to the enjoyment.
We started our evening with a nice meal at the Italian restaurant included in the package and then headed straight to the theatre a 10 minute walk away. The whole evening was hassle-free from the restaurant to the fact that we didn't have to queue at the theatre. Seats were incredible - centre of the 5th row from the front, so we had a fantastic view of the show. Grease had some very funny scenes and Ray Quinn was surprisingly enjoyable to watch as Danny Zuko. Everyone in my party enjoyed it (aged 13-50, and mostly male!). Very high quality service and a great evening out, highly recommended!
My sister and I had a lovely time. The venues were so easy to find and loved the fact that the theatre was literally 2 mins walk away from the restaurant. The booking was so simple and quick. I would definitely recommend a Red Letter Days experience.

A Wonderful Evening For Two In London
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our special Christmas treat from one of our sons. Booking with Red Letter Days was straightforward and our confirmation arrived promptly. The dinner was very good with excellent service in a modern restaurant very convenient for the theatre. We had plenty of time to eat and relax before the show which was outstanding and we had good seats in the circle. The Kenilworth Hotel restaurant was perfect, with friendly and attentive staff serving delicious food in relaxing surroundings. We couldn't have found a better restaurant if we'd booked our own night out. The show was dazzling, the cast and musicians more than living up to the title, 'We Will Rock You'. Our seats were 'top price' as you claimed. The best part of three hours flew by in a flash.
Fantastic Day - Fantastic Service
The whole process of booking the Red Letter Day was very very easy, and the show and dinner we had was fantastic. What we appreciated the most was on the very day of the show when we discovered our baby sitter had let us down, we needed to get an extra ticket for both the meal and the show (and this was a Bank Holiday)! The people I spoke to were incredibly helpful and within 15 minutes had organised an extra ticket and meal and all at a special price. A full 10 out of 10 from us...
Fantastic Day, Would Highly Recommend It ...
It was a really fantastic day, well worth the money. We had fantastic seats for 'The Woman in Black' and the staff at the Fortune Theatre were really really nice. We even managed to get autographs from the cast! The meal beforehand at was lovely, they really know how to look after you. In fact I enjoyed the day so much, next time my family ask me what I want for my birthday I will say a RED LETTER DAY!
Brilliant Show And Restaurant Was 1St Class
This was a great evening - it was a present from our daughter and the Restaurant was 1st class and only across the road from the Cambridge Theatre where Chicago was showing - I would highly recommended it to anyone as a present for the person who you never know what to buy for.

Lovely time at the restaurant, impressed at how upmarket it was and the food was to die for! The restaurant was literally the opposite corner to the theatre, so no worries there!! A Treat For Any Theatre Goer
The staff at the restaurant were friendly and efficient, catering for our every need without being asked. All courses were of an excellent standard, very tasty and beautifully presented. There was plently of time for us to enjoy our meal without worrying about getting to the theatre (which is very near to the restaurant) on time. Tickets for the theatre were waiting for us at the box office without a wait. Chicago was excellent, a performance that I could watch again and again.

Special Night For Two In Londons West End
My wife and I received this as a joint birthday gift and had a memorable night in London together. The restaurant was superb, service and food 1st class. Being just opposite the theatre made it that much easier to just relax and enjoy the evening together. The show was very powerful, the actors all playing their parts with great enthusiasm and style. The service from Red Letter Days has been 1st class, I would definitely use them for gifts to family and friends in the future.
Excellent Day Out In London
We enjoyed a fantastic meal and were able to relax after the meal in the bar area. The restaurant was in a great location right opposite the theatre so we had no worries about arriving there on time. An excellent day to remember.
Brought this as a wedding present for my wife and am pleased to say it was a great choice. The meal was a good quality and the show 'Stomp' was a really refreshing change to traditional West End show. Although there is no specific storyline to the show, the cast add some clever humour to most of the performances. I would recommend this show and package to anyone looking for something a bit different from their West End trip.

We had a great day having lunch out in London's Soho and then onto see Blood Brothers. Everything was very smooth and well organised. The meal was good and the restaurant and theatre very close. Fabulous Fantastic Night - One To Remember!
I got this experience for my birthday - and what a night to remember!! We enjoyed fantastic service at the restaurant and the food was out of this world. Our seats were more than perfect - we were in the stalls and near the front! We could see everything perfectly on stage and enjoyed the show immensely. I would recommend We Will Rock You to anyone who loves the band / legend Queen! What a perfect present for my birthday and we had a brilliant brilliant time - we will certainly be recommending Red Letter Days to our friends.
London Snowbound - No Problem!
We turned up at the restaurant and had an enjoyable meal, then walked over the road to the theatre and watched a very enjoyable show. Simple. Not bad considering the rest of London was closed due to the snow!

A Romantic Evening In The Capital With My Husband
All we had to do was organise getting to London and somwehere to stay. Red Letter Days did the rest. We had a very enjoyable meal at a top restaurant, then over the road for a top show. The restaurant and the theatre were expecting us - just as we hoped. The tickets for the show were in the dress circle and gave us a great view.
I Have Not Enjoyed Myself That Much In A Long Time
The meal and service at the restaurant was excellent. Even though we arrived early, we were seated and served straight away. The staff and dinner were very good. The walk from restaurant to the Theatre was short and easy. Tickets were waiting for us no problem. I have been to the theatre many times over the last 30 years but 'Blood Brothers' was the best play I have ever been to and I thoroughly recommend it.
Fulfilled All My Birthday Needs!
'We Will Rock You' was a mind blowing musical. Had tears of emotion for the first 15 mins. It was that good!! Food and service at the chosen restaurant was top class.
I have never been to any of the West End theatres. It was so relaxing knowing everything was booked and we could just enjoy the evening. The meal was exquisite and 'Chicago' was mesmerising. The dancing, singing and costumes were amazing. Was an brilliant experience and I would definitely do it again through Red Letter Days.
A Birthday Treat For Both Of Us !
Arriving at the restaurant we could not believe how close it was to the theatre, no more that 50 yards. Immediately it meant we could relax and begin to enjoy our evening. Attention at the restaurant was very personal, all details being explained very clearly and making us feel a little special. Good food in pleasant surroundings, very relaxing. wo minutes to the theatre where on offering our name the tickets were immediately produced and directions given to our seating. Good central location for the seats provided us both with a comfortable position in which to watch marvellous entertainment. This style of entertainment is very infectious, so we will have to do it again!
A Night Which Bought Life Back Into My Life
The food was out of this world, the service was excellent. As for the show 'Chicago', it was the best I have ever seen. What made it even more special, was the theatre was a smaller one, so you felt more involved with the cast.
Lunch was very pleasant with excellent service, good food and with the theatre very close, no problems in getting lost! The show 'Blood Brothers' was great, one of the best we have seen, with excellent seats. A truly lovely day was had by us both and everything went without a hitch.
Great Dinner, Fantastic Show!
A great start to the evening - dinner was delicious and it came super quickly as they knew we were going to the theatre. 'We Will Rock You' was an amazing show. We are frequent theatre goers but have not seen such an amazing musical in years. The acting and singing was superb (the lead female had such an enchanting voice), the music was all Queen so of course it rocked and there was plenty of eye-candy for both myself and my female partner in the form of lots of lovely girls and guys of the ensemble! Overall it was a wonderful night and I am so grateful to my partner for giving me the 'Red Letter Day' and to you guys for giving her such a great deal!
Great Evening, Great Show, Great Songs
A terrific evening. The service and the food at the restaurant was good and then it was just a short walk to the theatre. No problems collecting our tickets and amazing seats. As for the show, it was superb. Being a fan of Rock and Metal it was a great experience to hear such names mentioned in a West End show. As for the songs, well, I'll say no more than Queen made some great tunes and they're all featured. Cleverly built in to the story and well performed. A great show!
Two wonderful actors like Andrew Jarvis and Timothy Watson made 'The Woman in Black' totally intriguing. Timothy Watson reminded me of Sir Laurence Olivier in Rebecca, absolutely gripping. The projection of his voice was really so impressive. It had you wide awake throughout the performance. Really enjoyable.

'We Will Rock You' was fantastic, costumes were great and the atmosphere was great. One of the best shows I have ever seen. Dinner was lovely and the service was excellent.
'The Woman in Black' is a fantastic play! Very creepy if you have a good imagination. The meal was good, the location was nice and the service was good. I would definitely recommend the evening.
After 'tom-tomming' into London we decided to find the Theatre with a view to then search for your choice of restaurant. Theatre found, we turned around to see the restaurant less than 100 yards from view - brilliant, all in one place! Restaurant was excellent, loved the ambience, staff very efficient and the food was delicious. Mmmmm, off to the Theatre now. Chicago was a wonderful, fun, glitzy show with the wow factor being 10/10, the energy they all exuded was almost contagious, what would I look like in those outfits??? The whole trip from Cambridge to London was so enjoyable I almost want to return to work, leave and receive this brilliant leaving gift again. Excellent!

Most Powerful Performance!
Despite its extremely long run in the West End I was not too familiar with 'Blood Brothers' and did not know exactly what to expect. I was absolutely blown away, the performance was funny, emotional but most of all powerful. The combination of story line along with the music brought the whole audience to its feet. An experience that I shall remeber for many years to come.
Our evening started with an extremely nice meal in a very plush restaurant which was just a stone's throw from the theatre. The show itself was wonderful with lots of foot tapping music which was running through my head on my journey home. After this experience I am hopeful that this gift will appear again this Christmas.

The show was terrific; we chose The Woman in Black as we wanted something a bit different to the usual musicals. It is certainly different! Atmospheric, superbly acted, enabling the audience to totally get their imaginations involved. Fantastic Play - Must See!
The play is fantastic - one of the longest running on the West End, a tremendous rollercoaster of emotions and a tear jerking end. Seats had a great view of the stage. The Pre-theatre meal was good quality and we managed to get terrace seats which was great as it was a sunny Saturday afternoon.
Three Cheers For Blood Brothers!
The show was fantastic! We had excellent seats in the stalls. The set was good and fast moving. At the end the actors were in tears as well as many of the audience. It was a very powerful story - loved the music too.

A Lovely Evening Out And Very Good Value
Thanks so much for looking after us. The day is something we would never do and took us out of our comfort zone (we are more into our allotment). The hotel where we had our meal made us feel so welcome and expected us and knew our names (nice touch). Then after the lovely meal one of the best shows I have ever seen, 'We Will Rock You' was fabulous, a lovely lovely evening out and adding up the cost if we had not done it through Red Letter Days it would have been a lot more, so very good value too.

"We Will Rock You" was the best show we have ever seen. The music was absolutely brilliant and the cast amazing - they really put their hearts and souls into giving the best performance possible. The special effects were awesome and the characters hilarious and lovable. We really had the best time. Dinner before the show at the Kenilworth Hotel was also great. The restaurant was excellent, the staff could not have been more attentive, helpful and pleasant and the food was wonderful.

This was a present for my partner and we had a fantastic evening. The restaurant was great and easily located to the theatre. The show was excellent. All in all a fantastic night. This was the second time we have done this experience and wouldn't hesitate in doing it again.

The performance of all on stage was just absolutely brilliant, the skill, choreography and timing was second to none. They captured the audience's attention from the moment they walked on to the stage until the standing ovation at the end.
