House of Fraser Personal Shopping Consultation with £200 in Vouchers

It was a truly memorable experience from beginning to end. My consultant, Jo, made me feel totally at ease as soon as we met. She listened to all my requirements and also made some recommendations which were valuable and I am delighted with my purchases. The make-up session was also a great experience. The consultant was prepared and waiting for me and very knowledgeable of her products. I left feeling very pleased with my purchases and a new face!

I was bought this experience by my other half as a treat after having our second child. My confidence is dwindling somewhat thanks to the remains of my 'baby belly' and I seem unhappy in whatever I wear. I was a little nervous about the whole experience but I needn't have been because I was made to feel at ease during the whole session. After a few details were taken from me I was sent for a coffee for 20 minutes whilst the shopper went to pick some tops as requested. I arrived back to find 10 different options on the rail which I tried on and then decided what suited me and what didn't. The assistant was helpful and honest bit in a tactful way so I didn't leave feeling completely dismayed! My experience lasted 2 hours and I came away with 6 different tops and some knowledge of what colours and styles suit me and what doesn't so fingers crossed future shopping trips by myself will be slightly less painful and also quicker! I have never liked shopping but after today I am convinced this is the only way to shop. Whilst I had a makeover and cup of tea a very helpful assistant ran around the store collecting every pair of jeans in my size. I could then try them on in a spacious changing room whilst she went out and collected different sizes or colours or fits. 2 hours flew by and I had finally found the ones for me - something that would have taken weeks of going in and out of every shop on the high street normally. This really was the only way to shop. So if you are after something specific or just hate shopping like me, try this Red Letter Day. Pure bliss!

A great day out with my daughter. Take the stress out of finding a great outfit and your personal shopper will search through all those rails of clothes until you are completely happy with your choice. After finding two beautiful outfits for the Christmas season I was treated to a pampering season at the Clarins counter. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed this informal, stress-free shopping day and would highly recommend it as a treat for female who loves style.

The personal shopper understood my style instantly and picked loads of clothes that I loved. There was no pressure to buy anything I didn't to - it was very relaxed.

Personnal shopper was really friendly, felt very comfortable talking to her, she picked lots of clothes out that I wouldn't have really tried on if I was by myself. Most of them looked really good. Would definitely pick this as a gift for someone in the future. Makeover was great too, with plenty of tips of how to make the most of your looks with careful make-up application.

My knowledge of fashion and what suits me has been greatly enhanced, so that I now have the courage to buy items which previously I would not have thought of.

My personal shopper Jo did a great job and put me completely at ease. She worked very hard to find me clothes that suited me and colours that enhanced my complexion. I felt no pressure to buy, but I left with a great collection of clothes and several outfits that will mix and match.

Steve at House of Fraser was excellent. He worked really hard for me and was very honest with his advice. Top, top marks for Steve. The facial, while a little odd for someone not used to that type of pampering, was also very well done and the therapist was extremely pleasant. All in all, it was a really fab morning.

It took all the hassle out of finding exactly what I was looking for. I set the lady a challenge and then relaxed, sipping a cup of tea, while she did all the running. And what a fantastic result. She found everything I needed! If I had tried to find any of the items myself they would've been lost amongst the masses. Plus I tried on items I never would've selected myself and they looked great :-) And I still have vouchers left over to spend whenever I like!

If like me you really can't stand clothes shopping then I must recommend the personal shopping experience. I was looked after so well and came away with lots of goodies without the headache of finding them in the first place!

Enjoyed every minute - really nice personal shopper at House of Fraser in Guildford who had picked the types of clothes I liked before meeting me and gave me some great tips on how to put things together. Also gave her opinion on what suited me which was really useful as I came away with a couple of items I would not normally have chosen but which looked really nice when I tried them on. Was met by a very nice lady who showed me in the Personal Shopping Suite. After explaining what she does and providing me with beverages, she got on with choosing clothes straight away. She totally understood what my requirements were, and gave me 100% of her time and attention. She really treated me as a very important guest. Jo at House Of Fraser Bluewater was brilliant, she made me feel very relaxed and helped find styles and colours that suited my skin tone, hair colour and figure. This was a really fun day, trying on everything I wanted to whilst being able to relax and sit down with a drink. I asked for some colour recommendations and I have come away with gorgeous clothes I would never have known to choose on my own. I will be back and would definitely recommend this experience to friends and family.

Had a lovely afternoon. Julie (the personal shopper) was really good and patient with me whilst we went around the shop looking for clothes. It was nice having an honest opinion of what suited me and what didn't. It also helped that the sales were on so I got more for my money. I had an Estee Lauder consultation which was fantastic - really nice getting make-up tips. I have recommended this consultation to all of my friends.

I had a fantastic afternoon, Louise my personal shopper was lovely and really knew what suited me and I fell in love with one of the first dresses I tried on.

My personal shopper taught me how to put a wardrobe together. Since my visit, each time I shop, I stop and think what I was shown. No more bad, worn once, impulse buys for me. The experience was well worth it, I have some great new clothes I can mix and match and often receive compliments about what I am wearing, that feels really good. A personal shopper is all about learning what suits you, what to buy and invest in and what to steer away from, like having your own personal Gok ... if I have a special event to attend in the future, I would not hesitate to approach a personal shopper. This is a great choice if you are uncertain of how to spend your vouchers and need to update your wardrobe. Amazing.

Really good experience, the best way of buying clothes I've come across. It was fantastic having someone go select clothes for me, tried on loads of stuff that I'd have never chosen on my own.

Jo, the personal shopper at House of Fraser Bluewater, was a lovely, helpful lady who made us feel relaxed straight away. She chatted with us about our styles, preferences, body shapes and ideas, then brought us coffee whilst we waited in our own personal shopping suite whilst she went away to fetch the clothes. Nothing was too much trouble - she swapped sizes and colours, adjusted straps and hemlines, and gave us impartial advice. She pointed out discounts in magazines currently available and found sale bargains for us. Even when we over-ran she didn't hassle us - as we'd missed our make-over slot she merely re-scheduled it for when we were ready. We had nice goody bags and the makeover was fun. It was a lovely shopping experience - we felt like real VIPs. Definitely a day to recommend.

It's not everyday that you decide you want a new coat but instead of dragging yourself round a zillion stores to find the perfect one, you get to sit on a comfy sofa, sipping sparkling water (champagne was offered), and reading a magazine, while a personal shopper runs round the entire womenswear department of House of Fraser, to find you every single coat on offer. This is what I imagine shopping is like for celebrities. The personal shopper offered helpful advice on this season's must-haves, and yet stuck to my price range. Then to finish it off, a make over by a Clinque beautician, who also had lots of helpful advice on what was best for my skin type. I just couldn't work out why the paparazzi didn't show up to catch me leaving the store?!

Had a great day, it's completely changed my wardrobe, spent too much money but enjoyed doing it. Would love to do it again and I will certainly give it as a gift to someone else. Will be putting it on my 'wish list' in the future. The assistant was fantastic and very helpful and the make-over was really good.
