Step up for a fantastic, pampering retail experience where a personal shopper will guide you through some of the latest fashions, beauty treatments and accessories at selected House of Fraser department stores throughout the UK and in Ireland. AND you'll have money to spend on whatever catches your eye. Your package includes a consultation in a personal shopping suite during which you and your personal shopper can discuss personality preferences and shopping tastes, so that the personal shopper can best help you make the most of your time and choose items that really suit you. You'll have a whopping £950 to spend on whatever you like in store. Women receive a mini makeover including make-up tips, men get a skincare consulation. There is also help and advice on different fashions and accessories. As a memento, you also get a goody bag filled with product samples to take home. Retail therapy starts here!

Participant Guidelines: Suitable for men and women of all ages.
Duration: Time spent with the personal shopper and the make-up artist or skincare consultant is quoted as a guide only (and can vary according to individual requirements) but generally can be two to three hours, including 20 - 30 minutes for the mini makeover.
Numbers On Day: This is a one-to-one consultation.
Spectators: It is not possible to bring spectators along to the consultation, although friends are welcome to join you for shopping afterwards.
Availability: Generally, the experience can be booked on most dates the store is open, subject to availability, but this will vary between stores. Weekend dates are always the most popular, please allow at least six weeks advance booking notice.
Other Info: There's no cash alternative to your vouchers and change is not given. And no obligation to spend all your vouchers on the day. Stores reserve the right to substitute makeover/consultation with another treatment of equal standing (for example a facial).
