Once in a while everyone needs to recharge their batteries, and there's no better way than being pampered at a health spa. The two of you will stay overnight in a twin or double room, with unlimited access to the spa facilities including the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and other heat treatments. If you're feeling energetic, most spas also have a fully-equipped gym, and some include exercise classes. Your experience will also include at least two beauty treatments each, plus a healthy, tasty dinner and breakfast. Your exact experience will differ according to the spa you choose to visit, but we guarantee a luxurious stay that will leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised. You won't believe that something healthy can feel so indulgent.

Key Info

Availability: This experience is available on selected dates throughout the year, though some venues offer weekends only and others offer weekdays only. We recommend that you book at least six weeks in advance, especially for weekends.
Participant Guidelines: Minimum age is 16 to 18 depending on the spa. All our spas cater for men and women.
Duration: Spa check in and check out times vary. Once you have checked out of your room you are usually welcome to stay at the spa for the remainder of the day. Unless otherwise requested, treatments are carried out at any time.
Dress Code: Bring swimwear, a tracksuit, trainers and slippers. Items such as towels and robes may be provided, depending on the spa. Details will be supplied upon booking.
Other Info: If you'd like to book additional treatments you can do so by contacting the spa direct as far in advance as possible.
